I went in for a hair cut. A Spanish lady was in there and looked at me w this miserable expression like I was intruding. I told her what I wanted and she said have a seat. Right behind me another lady came in and she handled her the same way. When I was in the chair the lady behind walked up to the hair dresser and said she couldnt wait and left. The hairdresser proceeded to bash her and other employees the entire time. Including saying bad things about how there must be a reason why all these guys want to see one hairdresser in particular. She asked me how much I wanted off and I said just the dead ends. She gave me a blank stare and holds my hair up, how much? Then at the end she says, "you wanted it all one length right?" Unbelievable. And no I did not want it one length; I prefer layers! This woman was rude, nasty and totally does not belong there or anywhere involving public. A friend of mine said she had her as well before and she was just as nasty to her.

Went in to look at shampoos to purchase, was asked if I could be helped, informed the associate I was just looking at the moment. She continued to stare at me while I browsed the shelves, literally stood six feet away and stared with her arms crossed, it made me uncomfortable. As I moved around the shelves, she continued to move to keep me in view, as if I was about to steal something. This made me uncomfortable even though I was not going to steal, I purchased my shampoo and conditioner (which I only bought because there was a sale) and I left. I also asked for no bag because I had one to put it in, to which she replied, "Ill put it in one anyway". For real, I dont need a bag. Lol. Just a weird experience. Wont go back to purchase products.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate my hair after gettin it colored there to the point I was in tears. And apparently cant get a refund until they try to fix it! No you messed it up the first time so why would I trust you to "fix" it??? Not happening. Dont go here!!!! Now to spend more to hopefully get this mess fixed!
