Awful, I asked for an ombré to be done in my hair with dark brown and a lighter brown.. (I even showed her the exact picture I wanted.) I instead got an awful red dye and "high lights" that arent either and ombré or actual highlights because they go no where near my roots. When I asked for this to be fixed, she told me no, kept making up excuse to why my hair was messed up and that there was permanent dye stains across my entire fore head.. She then went on to tell me I couldnt get my money back so I could get a professional to fix it. I searched "visible changes salon" in the NYS business databases to find that shes not even licensed to run that business from her home. Take your money else where you will be treated a lot better and actually get the results that you want.

I will never let her touch my hair again! my highlights looked terrible, she took a CHUNK out of my hair and she is beyond unprofessional! the prices may be cheaper but it is not worth it!! the lighting is so bad its no wonder my hair turned out the way it did! Never going back and I wouldnt even tell my worst enemy to go there!

New to the area and was looking for a place to get a fill. Stopped into the salon and had a great overall experience. The ladies did a great job and it was priced fairly. Plan on going back for not only my nails but wax and tan too!!!
