Took my daughter here to get a mother/daugher massage, pedicure, make-up, and manicure. Overall, the massage was the best part, that was really great, but I was really disappointed with the quality of service we recieved for our nails and my daughters make-up. The lady who did both our pedicures and my manicure, and my daughters make-up did a terrible job when it came to putting the polish on our feet and nails, and when applying my daughters makeup. I couldve just did all of that at home and it wouldve turned out better. Our toes and nails both looked awful and I was really disappointed with her work. Do they not test out the peoples work before hiring them to do nails, etc, because she needs more practice obviously. I feel that if I need another massage, then that will be the only way we return, and we will stick to going to the chinese nail shops to get our feet and nails done, and spend our money appropiately. I felt like I wasted my money at this spa/salon. Not at all impressed!!!

I have colored my hair most of my life and always used professionals. La Bella Vita is the one of the best places I’ve ever been. One of the first things you’ll notice is the cleanliness, lovely décor and lack of chemical smell. That’s because La Bella Vita used Redkin products – natural and without dangerous chemicals. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. Deni is my colorist and hair stylist and she is THE BEST! My hair is the healthiest it has ever been and the color looks like my natural hair. I definitely recommend her. I also have Bonnie do my nails (marvelous) and have had a massage that left me like a limp noodle – wonderful! I’ve lived in Minneapolis, Chicago, Grand Rapids, and New Jersey. I have gone to very nice establishments but I think La Bella Vita is a gem – check it out!

Just had the best, most relaxing massage, Jenn Addy definitely delivered a Therapuetic Massage! If you ever feel stressed, tight, overworked, or suffer from cruel and unusual employment comes see Jenn and shell having you humming Hakuna Matata! Now Im being treated to one of Bonnies best talents, coloring! Among all the other services Bonnie Paytner provides like nails and waxing; HAIR is Bonnies domain; she is Queen! Her attention to detail when it comes to highlights cant be touched. This Bella knows how to take your usual frump to Rock Star Diva, she be havin me FLAWLESS, singing I woke up like this! Great salon, grill of wonderful and beautiful Bellas, there to make the rest of us shine and be flawless!

Best salon in Dover!! Always friendly. Beautiful, clean salon. Prices are fair and in line with the quality of services provided. Dawn and the other stylists are current in regards to educating themselves to new products and style trends. I have been a client since they opened and I always see a lot of familiar faces. Obviously, the Dover community has embraced this salon. I have never had a bad color or cut. I recently started getting a pedicure while my color processes. Wow, 3 services and I am only at the salon for about 2 hours. Again, best salon hands down in Dover!!

Wonderful experience. My stylist, Deni, is a true natural wonder. She really listens to what I like and dont like and then applies her expertise to give me more than I could even image. The color she crafted is vibrant and looks so natural that most people just tell me how lucky I am to have such great colored hair! The cut is effortless ... and Im completely serious ... it is totally no effort to look great hair. That is so important to someone like me who has to travel for work. Everyone in the salon is warm and friendly. It is a treat not a chore to get my hair done.

I dont usually complain but for this I must since it was a $40 shampoo cut and style! I had Autumn she was nice but the shampoo was so fast and she didnt actually scrub or even massage in the conditioner. Then for the cut she cut it so one side flips out and one side flips in which I did not ask for and the style was so flat like I could have just let it air dry and it was flipping in and out it looked bad! So my entire experience for what I payed for was not worth it could have gotten that at a Hair Cuttery.

My husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas. After a terrible day which included a long wait (in a practically empty salon) and a very expensive bad haircut (stylist left it damp and unstyled), I ended up using the rest of my gift certificate on products. I did not want to set foot in there ever again. Even the cost of the products were higher than my normal salons! Dont waste your money. They aim for high class but fall way short on courtesy, style-sense, and value.

What a gem! The atmosphere is very friendly and upbeat, and everyone seems to be fantastic at what they do. I had a massage on my first visit and it rocked! I went back and had a mani/pedi while getting my hair done. I had been wanting to experiment with highlights but was very apprehensive about it. Jen gave me exactly what I didnt even know I was looking for, and continues to keep my color new and exciting! Each time I leave, I love my hair more than the last time!

I have been going to Deni for 30 years and have followed her around to a lot of different salons and the La Bella Vita is awesome! The staff is very friendly and courteous and the salon is beautiful! I absolutely love the way Deni colors my hair -- she is always up on the latest trends! She cuts my hair so that I blow it out or wear it curly which is important for my busy life style. I highly recommend Deni for all of your hair styling needs!

Having lived 2 miles from NYC, I was skeptical about finding a stylist when I moved to Dover, DE. But Bonnie at La Bella Vita Salon has proven to be a true artist. She listens to what I want, gives professional feedback and then executes a terrific cut, color, and blow-out. And I adore her shampoo head massage!
