My wife had a terrible experience. We got told 3 different prices for a cut. She got there and the stylist barely cut an inch when she asked for 3 inches plus a lot of layers. The stylist didnt put any layers in. She asked for a shampoo, cut, and style and the stylist finished (after 10 minutes) and never blew dry or styled. My wife just left because she was so frustrated. Her stylist seemed very inexperienced. She would have asked to have it fixed but didnt feel the stylest could do so.

I take my son to Supercuts all the time but this last time was the best! The girl that cut his hair, Liz, was really nice, super fast, and even gave me some pointers to use on my other kids at home. I definitely request her and think she was great!
