WOSt PLACE EVER!!!! Never go to get your hair died. I wanted highlights and they told me they could do it and then when they finished the dye had run all throughout my hair causing my entire head to go from a dark brown to a mousy dead rat color and when I told them this wasnt even remotely close they told me that brunette S cant get blonde highlights!?!? Then why didnt they tell me in the first place?!? This place is where my nightmares have come true. Not only did they rip out, destroy with chemicals, make my hair smell like her cigarette from five minutes ago but they also over charged me!! I wanted partial highlights and since she made it look like my hair was a deiffernt shade she charged me for a color and highlight?!? These people are horrendous and have no respect for others

My 13 year old son, who HATES getting his hair cut, told Donna this was his best experience for a haircut. He told me this was the first time he really learned something about doing his hair (she showed him several styles he coul do when he used product) and she was funny too. THANK YOU for finally turning a usually miserable experience into a pleasant one! I know where I will be going from now on!

I always take my kids here and never had anything but a great experience. We usually go after dinner to avoid a crowd or a wait and so that they can then just get a bath after to wash off any small hairs. My husband has also starting going here he loves Portia and I have to admit she does give a great cut!

I made an appt for 5:00 on a Saturday to get a cut and highlights. I walked in at 5:02 and was told that they could no longer do my hair because I was late. They would not budge. I wouldnt ever go back.
