Usually I come here and see Anna, and shes fantastic. 10/10 would recommend. The last time I came here Anna was not in and I was stuck with someone else. She never introduced herself so I never got a name, but she was Hispanic. My appointment was at 11, and 2 walk-ins were seated before I was while the hairdresser was in the back using a hair dryer on her phone because she had dropped it in water earlier that day. So I was seated 15 minutes late. I wanted highlights, lowlights and a cut. I was shown the color combos for the lowlights, but never even given an option for the highlights. The highlights alone took 2 hours to get done, and she forgot what color she was doing every single time and had to go back and double check the previous color. She asked about halfway through the process "how blonde" I wanted the highlights. When I told her, she goes "oh" and then opens up all the blonde ones and has to wipe the color off. Ive had these same highlights done many times and never seen anyone do that. Finally we get to the cut and I provided a picture for reference. My hair looks NOTHING like the picture provided, and it took another hour to cut my hair. (Its short, and half of it gets buzzed off, so there is no reason for it to take that long). Halfway through the cut she asks if I have a boyfriend. I say yes. She asks me what my boyfriend thinks of me getting my hair this short "you know, because men dont find women with short hair attractive." If I hadnt been halfway through the process I would have walked out. I was asked if I had siblings, and when I said I didnt I was asked why my mother didnt have any more children. I told her it was because my twin died in the womb when I was born and my mom didnt want to go through that again. She then proceeded to ask me if I ate my twin. Then spent the next half hour talking about babies that eat each other in the womb and if thats considered a felony or not. I wish I was making this up. She also talked about going out partying the night before and how she got in at 3 am. Which might explain why the haircut took 3 hours. My sides are uneven, she would have forgotten to clean the back of my neck if I didnt prompt her to do so, and the haircut looks nothing like the photo I gave her to use. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Anna and how good of a job she usually does. Otherwise this was the worst haircut experience of my life. Awkward and uncomfortable on top of a long and shoddy job.

I wanted my hair straigntened and curled. A middle aged man just went over my hair with a flat iron, tugging on it and not even properly touching the roots or ends. I could do a better job when I was 8 years old. He tried to curl it but I dont think he knew how to use the curler. He just said my hair wouldnt curl. He kept tugging at my hair and then just didnt straighten it. It was all frizzy and rough and there were still so many areas where the hair was not straightened at all. He didnt even use protectant spray. How does a hairdresser not even know the basics or how to use a flat iron or curler? I wasted my time and damaged my hair. Terrible experience.

I have been going to this Mastercuts location for 6 years now, and everyone there is very nice. I and my son usually get our color and cut done by Chris, by appointment. She is really skilled at color and cutting, and always gives me a flattering stylish cut. I always have some very specific ideas of what I want, and they listen and work with me. I also find it easy to talk to them. I love being able to walk-in if I need to.

Both my husband and I have gotten haircuts at Master Cuts. We were both very pleased with the quick service and friendly stylists. Master Cuts has longer hours than most salons, but offers a comparable quality. Right now, they are having Customer Appreciation Week, so my very cute haircut cost me $20. Danielle, my stylist, worked from the pictures I brought and gave me exactly what I was looking for! I will be back!

I had the same experience, my hair is shorter then what I actually told the stylists and its uneven so now its going to be so much shorter when I get it fixed.
