Went to get my hair trimmed yesterday. A young girl did it for me. She was in a very bad mood to begin with. Felt like I m a burden for her. No smile whatsoever. Asked her to just cut couple of inches dead ends and she cut like 8 inches. Did a very poor job. I wanted to get nice hair for my vacation and she ruined it for me. I wish I never went there.

Went in for a quick trim. One person working on one customer and was told it would be 15min-1 hour because she was doing highlights. If you cant fit in a quick haircut, why is there only one person working when you offer services that can take an hour??

I actually got my hair cut the way I asked, I even received praise from my co-workers and they asked were did I get my hair cut and was happy to tell them Supercuts in Exton!! Great Job!! Thanks to the friendly staff!!

Got a terrific haircut here! The whole staff is friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. Will be back the next time I need a trim. Be sure you ask for a hot towel - its GREAT!
