I have only had a decent hair cut here a time or two. It really depends on your stylist. I have half my head buzzed, the other side is long. Even after expressing to them I want the transition to be clean cut, and to not miss clumps of hair, every stylist has missed a LOT. They always leave you covered in hair, even if you ask for powder. Ive only gotten the long side cut once and it looked like she cut it work a lawn mower. The layers were not even, some chunks were even cut with a straight across line while some were thinned/ choppy at the edges. It always feels like theyre rushing you out the door, even if the salon is empty. Do not recommend.

Ive gotten my haircut here a couple of times. They usually do a pretty good job but they definitely dont take their time and kind of rush people thorough like cattle. One time the girl did a horrible job so when I complained about it the following time they gave me a free cut so I was happy about that. I got a coupon in the mail today so I am going to take the plunge for another $6.99 haircut. Hopefully the girl who chopped it up horribly isnt there this time.

Well I really like this place, however my last haircut was a disaster. I had a new girl which when I told her that I wanted my hair same as last time she said okay. I also told her not to make my hair stick up. Well I cant see without my glasses and when she was all done it looked like she buzzed it. It is sooooo short. I mean I really like short hair but this is the shortest I have ever had it. Really very disappointed with my haircut. :-(

From the moment I walked through the door it was a pleasant experience. Tori greeted my family. I was having my sons first hair cut and she took her time and made him feel special. She made sure he was happy the whole entire time and even went out of her way to put mickey mouse on her own phone to distract him. I will be back to see her! Way to go great clips on creating a warming salon.

Worst haircut ever. My teenage daughter with long wavy hair got a haircut this evening. The entire experience took five minutes (from when she went In the back until the haircut was over). Her hair was not washed or wetted at all. The woman was abrasive and rude and disagrees with anything my daughter wanted done. We would not recommend this establishment to anyone!

First I checked in online which was very convenient. I was greeted at the door with a smile from all the stylists. Jessica was very polite and made sure I was happy with my haircut. Had a nice conversation with her as well. Highly recommend great clips. Go see jessica.

I went to have my hair trimmed. The entire cut took less than 2 minutes and cost $15 plus a tip. Trims should be at a lower cost than a full haircut. For what is supposed to be a low priced salon, I really feel as though I was ripped off.

Took my daughter for a haircut today. Told her a couple times about what my daughter wanted. Haircut was horrible and she didnt listen to directions. She said I gave her layers in the front like mine instead of in the back.

Terrible experience! Stylist was provided with a picture and verbal directions and still managed to completely do something different. Manager to kind enough to try to salvage the situation but it still looks awful.
