I will not be visiting this great clips again. Ive always had excellent customer service at the Marshalls Creek location. The Bartonsville location took people ahead of me that were not even checked in online. I know they were not checked in because when asked if they were checked in they said no and the receptionist had to take their name, address and all their info. They took one man ahead of me that had checked in online before me which is completely understandable. But, when I questioned the receptionist about the other guests she gave me an attitude and refused to take us. I got up and left with my two sons and fiance. They lost our business. I will not be returning to that location since they dont honor the check in service. I dont understand how you can promote this app if the salons will not honor it. Awful customer service. We went to Holiday hair and were treated well there. If I am in the area I will continue to go to the Marshalls Creek location.

Came in with my two sons for a hair cut. (Needed three haircuts) A lady greeted us and asked me if I had been there before, I said not in this state.. as in - I had never been to a great clips in all of Pennsylvania. I gave her my phone number and she started naming off Dan? John? Steve? Robert? To which I responded no, and reiterated that I had never been to a great clips here. So this goes on and I ask if we can just start a new and I can give her a new number, she responds with she has to make sure that Im not already in the system. I told her that I was about to leave. When she began to ask my childrens names to enter into her computer I had enough. (My kids are 7 & 8 by the way) We left. Hopefully someone elses experience will be better than mine. From my point of view as a customer - yall blew an easy $50!

Amazing! I pulled up to this Great Clips one minute prior to closing and expected to get a rude welcome. Quite the opposite....Shareen greeted me with "Welcome to Great Clips" just like it was three in the afternoon and smiling ear to ear. I asked is it too late and her response was a delightful no and proceeded to look me up in their computer. I waked out 15 minutes later and Shareen didnt rush any part of it. I am in and out of many businesses that like to think they offer great customer service but too often there is the eye roll or general apathy. GREAT SERVICE SHAREEN YOU GET IT!!!!

I took my daughter there today. My daughter presented a picture of what she wanted; a dramatic A-line and a little undercut near the nape if her neck. Im sorry to say it ended up way to short of a Bob and it was a horrible Bob at that. We could tell the young lady was struggling with completing the cut, it just got worse from there. She gouged a bald spot with the Clippers to my daughters undercut. Im not taking any of us back there. The woman at least admitted she messed up and charged us half price. Im just sad she charged me at all.

A pretty decent place to get a mans haircut. I dont know if anything complex like a color and cut this would be a good place for but for simple haircut its great cheap and fast. One thibg that I would recommend doing is get the great clips app and do a check in through it. It would pull all your information directly without having to wait for it to be added in. That is if its not your first time at the chain.

Workers are nice. But a haircuts are haircuts. And we all expect a nice cut. All was good till I got home and saw all the imperfections. I ended up going somewhere else to fix it. They said im lucky to still have hair an my head. All uneven, and bold spots here and there. It was probably that one person. But all pay for ones mistake. Look for another place.

Ive been there twice. When I came back I brought my mom and daughter. We all have long difficult hair. Were happy with out experience and prices. Ill be returning.

Good cuts reasonable price. Really friend professional staff. They all do great quality cuts professional and quick rarely is there a long wait.

I went in to get my hair even out and came home with hair shorter than how i wanted it. A few long strands and uneven cut hair all for $15
