Terrible place. Took my son for a hair cut and the instructions on file clearly said "2.5 on the sides and scissors on top". Instead the stylist does the whole cut with the clippers and the result is almost a bald head. When I point this out the store manager and the stylist both argue they did exactly what was in the file. I asked them to show me their stored instructions on screen - surprise, surprise - it clearly says scissors on top. Stay away from this place - just because they are cheap doesnt mean you need to put up with their attitude and their mistakes. It is impossible to fix a bad haircut on a boy!!

To Rz : Im sure the stylist had a proper consultation with you and you confirmed that was what you had wanted. And Im sure it wasnt a bad haircut, but just one that was shorter than you had wanted but it was still even. Bad haircuts are ones considered to be uneven. I had gotten a haircut at great clips recently and the stylist was very understanding and did exactly what I had asked. You were probably acting ignorant and crazy. 5 stars for great clips:)

We drive farther to go to this location of great clips. The northern Delaware location regularly treated us poorly, and they even made one of my kids cry. This location has only offered nice people so far, and they offer weekly discount days. Tuesdays kids are cheaper, and another day offers a senior discount.

If I could give a zero I would worst place to get a hair cut .. wouldnt recommend them to anyone Robin cut my daughters hair and completely messed it all up .. uneven and choppy. Went back for a refund she wouldnt even look at us . No apology .. NEED a hair cut go somewhere else

I took my elderly friend Chuck with me to Great Clips and we both got haircuts. The staff was friendly and the haircuts turned out great. Chuck now looks so dapper that hes wanting to go out and find some "broads". Ill be his wingman. Thanks Great Clips!

I stopped at the Great Clips in Chadds Ford for this weekend, Elmo was there too. The staff was great and I got a great haircut. $13 bucks you cant beat it. Ill go back.

Went in for a hair cut. I wanted it fairly short. She told me how it should be cut. Rude staff. Never Again. Back to the Friendly local place.
