Understaffed. They told me that because they were understaffed, that my wait would be around an hour. Made me wait an hour and a half. This was due in part that both stylists present wasted a good deal of time gabbing instead of cutting hair. When I complained, they said it would be around another 20 - 30 minutes. Too long. I will never return to any place that makes their steady costumers wait that long for a simple hair cut. Bye Bye Hair Cuttery. Get your act together!

Excellent stylists and friendly service. If you value the quality of your hairstylist over the frills of a salon that offers a glass of wine, massages and estheticians, the Trappe Hair Cuttery is for you. You can make appts with the Master stylists, otherwise its first-come-first serve. My family have been clients for nearly 10 years and were very pleased.
