Everyone is friendly and always on top of any situation Wait time is short and my haircuts are always complemented by my friends, when I tell them where I get my cut, they didnt even know that the Hair Cuttery was located at the Promenade

Im never one to write negative reviews, however dont tell a mom with two children the wait will be 20 mins and let us sit for 45 mins before we leave. Not feeling the customer care .... just be honest if you dont have time.

Some Hair Cuttery locations are hit or miss. We have never had a bad experience with any of the Promenade location stylists. I have never left here with a bad hair cut.
