Today my husband had Monica giving him a haircut. Horrible!!! Left patches of long black neck hair that even blind would see, left patches of long hair sticking out, when we came back and nicely asked to fix it she wasnt happy and dumped half container of white powder on his black shirt. Not talking about her “whatever” bad job she is not wearing pants under her slinghtly longer shirt hardly covering her stuff. Come on, put pants on and work, you are there to do haircuts not show your legs and disturb people with talks how you was in Fit magazine 100 yrs ago when you was young.. Come on, show your

This is where I always go. Like any place, its about who you get or request and it may take a trip or two to find the stylist who works for you. Leah cuts my hair and Im always happy. Steph is my alternate and Im happy with her work too. If theres something Im not satisfied with, they always fix it. Word of advice, check in online so you dont have to wait more than a few minutes. Since its walk-in only, they can get randomly busy, making the wait times some what unpredictable.

Ive been here several times and my experience has always been satisfactory. When I was in yesterday. I got my hair cut by Monica. She was attentive and responsive to my requests. My impression of this business is that it is solidly average for a franchised discount hair salon. Its not outstanding (indeed, in my experience, these types of stores seldom are). But its a good place to go if you need an economical, straightforward, everyday haircut.

The experience was so awful I had to ride it to the end. The barber was cutting my hair with one hand while talking on the phone having some sort of horrible fight with a partner on the other. She started to cry and ordered me out of the chair with the haircut about half done. She took my money without offering change and walked away from me. I called to complain and they offered a refund but I am not going back there.

Worst hair cut I ever had, I felt completely rushed, the womens cutting my hair didnt even wait for me to finish my phone call before she starts buzzing my hair (without even asking what I wanted) and then did a horrible job. I asked her to spend more than 5 mins on it but in the end Im still not happy with it. Also I have had a lot of people comment on how bad it looks. Needless to say I will never go back

For whatever reason, the barber cut rather an absurd amount too much off of my sideburns after careful instruction not to. Heed my warning and the warning of caution given to me to avoid this place before I dumbly failed to heed it, and take your business elsewhere.

Worst experience of my life.She didnt cut my hair and only did some touch ups.I asked her 4 times to cut my hair 3 inch shorter because of my hair grown up fast.She charged me 18$ for her laziness.I will never go again.
