I always go to Great Clips in my hometown in California but was visiting this area and wanted a haircut. I asked for just a haircut and she proceeded to put me at the wash station. I said I only want a haircut. She said "hair has to be wet for good cut." Then she put shampoo in her hand. I again informed her I was not paying for a shampoo, just a haircut. She said "hair has to be clean for a good cut." I had just washed my hair at home. I told her I absolutely refuse to pay for a shampoo. She rinsed my hair then took me to the cut station. She gave me a nice hair ut then asked if I wanted her to blow it dry. I asked her, how much will that cost me? She said all totaled it would be $32.00. The sign on the wall said "Senior haircut $12". I told "absolutely not and you are getting paid what that sign says-$12.00. Avoid this salon. She was upcharging me the whole time I was in there. I paid her only what the amount on the sign said. GREAT CLIPS, IF YOU READ THIS...YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK INTO THIS AS OTHERS HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING. Susan

Disgusting-Dont ever go here. Dirty is an understatement. Stylists will upcharge you and sneak it on your receipt- thats what they did to me. Nickel and dime, bait and switch to a loyal customer. After confronting their tactics they told me, "we dont care if you ever come back, your Dad, too. You can go to Hair Cuttery and look like an idiot when they screw up your hair." This particular franchise does not care about their customers whatsoever. Theyll likely be out of business very soon treating people in this manner. Some small businesses truly deserve our money...this one does not. Shameful. <>

The Pharmacist

I come here at least once a month for a haircut since my hair grows shortly. I always like 2 inches off the top and 1 off the back. The hair stylist always nails this right. The longest I wait for a haircut is like 5 minutes but usually I like to go at times like 8pm and Im served right away. Prices are great too. My only advice is try to go when its not too bad. Getting your hair cut at rush hour is a pain to move around in the parking lot. Try to go at odd times.

Ive been going here more than a year. I swear I feel so good about my hair cut. I now go once every three weeks. They started washing my hair at no extra cost. I will say something if they start. Lol.

Proper Salon service, Paul Mitchell products, nice wash, great cut and awesome blow-dry style for my long hair. Long styling was a bit more $ than expected, but would definately return.
