I have been visiting the Ridley Hair Cuttery for well over 4 years now. Kelly has been my stylist since the first day and she comes with my highest recommendation! I have both my hair and eyebrows touched up each time I visit the salon. Kelly takes time to listen to my needs and executes them with professional detail. Because she takes appointments she is able to work me into my otherwise incredibly busy schedule and for that I am always thankful. Although the Hair Cuttery is known for their walk in policy Master Stylists are able to take appointments. Because of her incredible attention to detail, there is no way I will ever go anywhere else because she is simply the best of the best! If you need to look your best for any reason, look no further and call Kelly today. Everytime I leave the salon someone is always asking me, "Who does your hair and eyebrows?" I always get a huge smile on my face and say, "Kelly! Call Kelly! Just call Kelly!" No, seriously. Did you call Kelly yet? Stop reading this review and call Kelly already!

Moving to a new place is always stressful. It usually takes me a few tries before I can settle on a business and stylist I feel comfortable to return to each month. I walked in to this location without any expectations. Brianna was simply brilliant! She took excellent care of me. She was attentive and patient in taking feedback and explaining what she was doing. I have never had such a great first experience at any chain I have been to. Looking around it was obvious that most people were repeat customers who were familiar with their stylists quality work. I will definitely be back.

I am absolutely appalled with how they treat potential customers and returning clients, tried to walk in for a quick shape up only to have a stacey lie straight to my face and say that they were busy and couldnt take any more customers. This with her co-workers lounging around on an ipad in the background and only one single person actually getting their hair cut in the entire building.

This place has always had great service but now that I found Charity, my stylist soul mate, again, who was working at the Stoney Creek location and is now at Ridley, was like finding gold long since forgotten about in a bottom drawer. She does great work with a Motherly way about her and educates you along the way.

Stopped by for the first time & it will be my last. Didnt even stay to get a hair cut. I found the employees to be very rude. I guess theyre so busy they dont need new customers. If you like poor customer service then this is the place for you.

Experience was exceptional. My stylist, Nicole Scott was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. She is an asset to the salon. I left looking and feeling great, and will definitely be returning.
