Horrible experience. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being asked for all kinds of personal information. This would have been bad enough, but the salon rep was unable to understand me due to her admittedly poor english. I was asked to wait, which I did for another few minutes before realizing that the impending haircut had zero chance of going well.

Despite the mixed reviews I decided to try it. I was greeted promptly and had to wait about 25 minutes. I did not have an appointment. The stylists name was Kelly and she did a great job despite me not knowing exactly how to describe what I wanted.
