Friendly people, but Im not sure what else to say. they subpar listen to what I want and my needs. My second time, I asked for a trim and I ended up with a military haircut. Im assuming 2+2=11 for them. Stylists dont bother to brush off hair and would rather enjoy eating pickles, as the one lady who cut the first chicken nuggets hair. She enjoys smoking, bad habit, really; she went to subway to buy pickles. I had an altercation where they said they never cut that hairstyle before, and I was like "U can do it hermano", needless to say they cant. Didnt feel too confident going in or out. Plus they dont clean hair, my neck bothered me until I got home with all the excess trimmings!

Love this great clips! My son always gets a nice cut. Staff is friendly and professional. Dont go to Bartonsville location, staff is rude and dont honor check in service. Weve always been treated well at the Marshalls Creek location.

Friendly staff. I have a 22 month old that Ive taken there twice. They worked very well with him. I recommend using their app to check availability since this place can go from empty to a 30min wait very quickly.

I went there they were nice but the lady cut my hair too short didnt listen to what i wanted and then after the hair cut she didnt clean the hair off me but went out the door to smoke and left me covered in hair

My experience was horrible Chris and Laura have a really bad attitude, very unprofessional. Chris cannot do a simple hair cut for a man, when u point out her mistakes she gets an attitude.
