TERRIBALE MANAGER ! I went in to get my hair color corrected because I had something very important the next day, I sit down with a stylist who was clearly overwhelmed by my hair and so she brought her EXTREMELY rude manager over Cass and she didnt even let me get a word in before she told me nobody in the salon was doingg my hair snf to leave ! not ony did she basically say it ad loud as possible she was extremly rude and embaressed me in front of everyone, that is NOT how you treat your customer as a manager !!! thats putrid childish behavior and its not the customers fault that your underdog stylist couldnt hanfle fixing a not easy hair problem for once and this is coming from someone who went to cosmetology school, Cass is a terribaley rude person who embaressed me didnt let me talk before she told me nobody is doing my hair after i drove all the way here and called prior to coming, I have never felt so disrespected by someone i was suppose to be paying for services thanks alot hair cuttery AWFUL MANAGER DONT GO IF YOUR HAIRS HARDER THEN A SUPER SIMPLE DYE OR CUT.

Ive been to this location for several appointments within the past year and have come away thoroughly pleased each time. For my most recent visit, I had Justina cut and color my hair (for the first time) and the results were EXCEPTIONAL. Justina demonstrated that she clearly has experience working with the dyes (I selected three different colors and she applied them incredibly well) and provided the perfect balance of feedback and working with the sample photos of styles Id brought with me to the appointment to produce the finished look. Justina is a Master Stylist, which means it costs a little extra to have her work with your hair, but it is completely worthwhile and I cant recommend her enough. I will say that the entire staff at this branch has been polite and friendly each time I visit and each stylist appears to keep their work station tidy and clean their space between appointments. The price list for the various services can fluctuate a bit given different promotions but I have always found it to be very reasonable. THANK YOU!!

I personally think those reviews were fake and untrue. I had the worst haircut of my life there and it seems like the one I had my haircut there did it in a rush. She also ruined the back of my hair and the side too, it looks unprofessial and looks like she cut it striaght across, I look like a blockhead. What an inconvient time to get a haircut from here, picture day is coming up and I really hope I grow out of it. Oh and also there was hair everywhere on me and they didnt even bother cleaning it up much less brush it off. They dont know style or I just had the worst stylest ever. Damn

Donna was my cutter- I requested a #2 buzz cut all around with top of the ear sideburns cut and #1 on the back. I got more of a #4 all around and sideburns werent even cut fully. The #1 back did was the only thing she got right. Although she was nice, here skills are INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE. She did not take time to see if she made a mistake or not. Never did she use a scissor to make sure there werent any long hairs that needed to be cut more. Lived in Flourtown for 15+ years and I never had such a horrible experience. Never coming back

I only go when I dont have time to cut my own hair and the only thing I ever get done is a #2 all around and clean up my neck... Sounds simple right. Each and every time I leave I have to then re-shave my head because of all the places they miss. Honestly Im paying 18 dollars for ten minutes of work with at least a 5 dollar tip. In about 12 visits over the past few years I have had maybe 2 cuts that were acceptable. MEN DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CUT.
