I was very disappointed in the service that I received for 2 of my ladys. I called last night to make them appointments for this morning and I was told that we could just walk in. They opened at 9am we got here at 8:56a (we were the first customers of the day) and my ladies had to wait because there were only 3 stylists and they all had appointments. My 1st client finally got called back at 9:50a and my 2nd lady was called back moments later. That hour we sat not one appointment walked in the door but they took other walks in before they serviced my 2 ladys. The first appointment walked in at 9:45 and she was supposed to be here at 9a. Needless to say I will not be bring any if my clients back to this salon. Plus 1 of my ladys was charged $26 for a wash, blowdry amd trim (not a cut)...unbelievable smh

For all the bad vibes the Hair Cuttery gets, this location did a pretty darn good job on my hair. I was in a bind and needed a hair cut on a Friday night when everyone else is closed. Apprehensive, I just brought in a picture of what I envisioned and hoped I would at least get a decent hair cut. Instead, I got exactly what I wanted and my stylist was great to work with, tweaking my hair to get the style just right. I was very pleased with the results and will be returning in the future.

If I could give NO stars I would. The lady who did my hair was a sweetheart but didnt know what she was doing. I asked for highlights and even that couldnt be done properly. I even showed pictures, but it all went wrong. I was charged a lot of money for something that I was no where satisfied with .. NEVER ever will I go back and I would never recommend this place to anyone

Gave this place another chance and lucked out with a great stylist, Amanda. Color, highlights & cut as good as any private salon and it cost half the price. As long as Amanda is there I will go there.

Called in advance and drove all the way in to be told oh well we dont have time for you. Then whispering and laughing. Very rude and didnt seem to care that they lost a customer
