Gentleman checking me in didnt seem to have a firm grasp on the check in process in his system, but I figured that perhaps hes new to the system. Then he proceeds to cut my hair. He smelled badly, to put it plainly. And when he was done, he showed me the back and I saw a very uneven cut. Never seen anything even close to uneven when I went to Hair Cuttery. Was going to have a shampoo done, but after seeing that, I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as I could and not spend any more money there. Now I see why Hair Cuttery had a 2 hour wait while Great Clips wait was only 15 minutes. The place was clean and I did like the dividers between the chairs. Other than than, not planning on returning.

Until recently, I had stopped going here because of some terrible service that I had received in the past. A coupon came in the mail indicating the salon was under new ownership and management and for $8.99 what the heck. What a very pleasant surprise. The salon was clean and very comfortable with nice entertainment for my brief wait. All the stylists were attractively dressed and I didnt recognize any stylists from the previous visits. I got a first class haircut without any drama and it would have been a bargin even at full price. Ill will definitely be going back!

I Went in to get a hair cut/ trim and the lady absolutely butchered my hair. She pretty much buzzed my head when I clearly asked for a specific cut. The computer "setup" for my hair cut is completely off and they refuse to change it. The people they hire need more training, every time I have come here I have been extremely disappointed and have walked out with a different haircut. This place is absolutely unprofessional and will never see me again. I dont wish this on anybody else. Do not chose to come here for hair cuts. The single worst hair cut I have ever received.

Almost all the stylists are ordinary. For the last 1.5 years I have been going there, only 1 stylist understood my requirement each time when I said "Longer hair at the front, and short on rest of the head", and did accordingly. Everyone else messes up big time, almost always ! Just now coming from there, a stylist cut all part of my hair to exact same length, may be the worst haircut of my life ! Unfortunately, I dont know the name of the stylist who does it correctly, and she was not on work for last 3 times I visited.

Hair dresser with name "Ashley" was the most rude person i have ever seen in my life. She made my hair like the free one and when i asked her to fix it she was very rude. I find other staff friendly. Please management if you are reading this please train her how to treat and talk wiht customers.

Nice place and a great cut. The Hairstylists here are always happyy, willing to listen to exactly what I want and get it right. Ive had three different people cut my hair here, and its Always what Ive asked for.
