I was at the great today and received a hair cut. The hair cut was good. The reason I am deducting the stars: 1st, in the name of scalp massage, despite asking the lady to stop as kindly as I could, by nodding my head, ans I even said no I am good, she repeatedly scratched the middle n back repeated with her finger nails. Extremely Unhygenic, and dumb idea, massage is done with finger tips not nails. Resulted in a headache. I popped in full strength aspirin, once home. Hated the experience. My scalp is still burning after 6.5 hours. I hope the lady has not infected my scalp with her nails. Needless, to say, I very mad. 2nd,The station was Not cleaned, scissor with hair sticking from the previous client was still at the table. I am not sure, if the same scissor was used for my hair, I hope not. 3rd, while we had great clips prepaid card receipts, the manager apologized that she could not use it because we did not have the physical card. I am willing to live with the card issue, but I annoyed with scratching of my head, it is still burning n annoying me. For heaven sake, the stylist should Not scratch anyone with their nails.

worst customer service by there reps, I visited this store on 22nd of Dec by 5.35pm,representative told me there is 2 customers waiting in line before me(they reserved there appointment online) and one of em checked me in the system and the customer showed up at the time I was on there hair cutting station chair, and I was taken off the chair just because customer arriver late. if there was a way I would have given them -5 stars.

I took my visually impaired daughter in law in for a haircut and the employees were very nice. She received a very nice haircut--exactly the way she wanted it cut.
