I have been coming to this location for awhile I came In for a cut, wash, blow dry but I only ever get a trim on the blonde on my ends from a biolage I had done trying to cut it out slowly overtime my hair was down to the top of my breast with slight layers at the ends the cut I ended up with layers starting at the top of my ears when she blowdryed it out you couldnt really tell because she curled it and the short peices just blended in but I was very disgusted when I left because the girl who cut my hair said who ever cut the layers in my hair last didnt know what they were doing and the girl who cut my hair last was right behind her cutting hair I was pissed I will never be back to this location

I walked in to get my haircut. The girl behind the desk said 5 to 10 minute wait. 40 minutes later I was still sitting there. She said " I wasnt aware that there were appointments." Correct me If Im wrong isnt that her job to be aware of appointments coming in? Either way I was lied to so that I would wait around. I will never go back. I had a terrible experience. Also last time I was there they messed up my haircut they comped it but still. The incompetency in both skill and time management will force me to drive much further to go anywhere else.

I had the best haircut and experience in over over five years since my barbershop closed due to a fire. Jennifer Kitts takes her time but is quick enough to get a perfect cut and still have time for lunch on my thirty minute lunch break. I didnt feel awkward sitting there with my stylist trying to make conversion about nothing. I could of talked to her for hours. Shes funny, smart, and beautiful she a "triple threat" and a expert behind the scissors. I recommend her 100%. Im so happy to have a perfect cut. Im excited for my next cut.

Her stylist, Andrea, not only explained what she was doing to my daughter in detail, but was sociable, professional, and answered any and all questions we had regarding her services. My best haircut in years. I dropped in for a cut, because the location was convenient for me. KAITLYN was good enough to ask questions about what I like, before jumping in and assuming she knew. This is the first time in years that I feel like I have a hairdresser I can trust to not make me regret my decisions to get haircuts, due to misunderstandings. My hair grows.slow, so it takes a long time to grow out when a hairdresser cuts too much off. KAITLYN listens.

Horrible. I dont really ever complain because i know that people have their off days and i have that level of understanding and forgiveness, but wow. I asked for a trim and i came out looking like i was scalped. I get my haircut every 2 weeks like clock work. Its been over 3 and my hair is still not even close to being normal. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID and just keep going. The 1 in ridley is a trillion times better.

Terrible customer service. I called to reschedule an appointment and the woman hung up on me. I called again to make sure it wasnt just because the connection dropped, and sure enough she hung up again as soon as she heard me say the same thing as last time. I hope other people have a better experience with them, because they sure arent getting my business anytime soon.

About 2 years ago I went here and asked for a two-fade, a fairly common cut among men. The hair cutter said she couldnt do a 2 fade and did her own style. It was alright, a.bit shorter than I wanted but not horrible. But still, you should still know what a two-fade is!
