Hair cut by Valerie on Friday the 13th. Apparently this is not her day to cut hair. She didnt cut it the way I asked. She didnt take off as much as I wanted her to, leaving it at an awkward length. She asked me several times if I was sure that I wanted to take off that much. Ive had my haircut done much shorter before and I was certain that this was what I wanted. I told her that I didnt want my hair touching my shoulders and yet she cut it so that it was laying on my shoulders. She didnt cut it evenly at all. After looking closer when I got home, there were some pieces of hair that were much longer than other pieces. And she cut my bangs terribly wrong. I asked her to blend the bangs in. What I really wanted were angled bangs, but I couldnt remember what they were called at the time. So I asked her if I was making sense, and she told me she understood what I meant. Then she proceeded to cut them from the back of my head to the front of my face. They were mostly straight across but there was a slight angle in the bang that was going the opposite way. The whole time she was cutting she kept pushing me to ombre my hair to get the remaining black dye out, after I told her several times that I gave up coloring and bleaching it. I was very upset and had to go to someone else to fix it. Posted on behalf of my girlfriend.

I just had my hair cut by Val and it was such an uncomfortable experience. She was more into her preferences and selling me on their products and services than actually listening to what I wanted. I also felt like she was prying into my personal life instead of letting the conversation happen naturally. I would excuse her lack of interpersonal skills if her styling skills were better, but she really has no clue how to manage curly hair. The worst part is that she thinks she does. In the end, I got 2-3 inches cut shorter than I wanted. Ive been to other Hair Cutterys in the area so I was disappointed to have this experience at Warminster. I likely wont be going back and risking another bad experience.

Last night ( Nov. 23, 16, @ approx. 7 PM ) I came in for a hair cut, blow dry & high lighting. I was NOT HAPPY. I did say I WAS NOT HAPPY, & did address my concerns over 5 different times. While I was getting my hair high lightened I brought up the using of foils & the use of a cap. My husband was with me & while he was paying for work done, I made a comment that it wasnt high lighted like I have had done in the past, at a different Salon ( NOT AT A HAIR CUTTERY ) & I didnt like it. So after all of that we just left. I do not know the name of the person that worked on my hair.

COMPLETLY UNSATISFIED! I went in looking for a under the chin messy bob somewhere along the line this hairdresser gives me a pixie doesnt ask if going that short would be ok just did what she wanted and called it a day.i went out and got extensions the same day until this mess grows out.i wouldnt recomend this place to anyone they dont listen or care what you actually want. I will NEVERRR go there again!

i went here to get my hair layered and get side bangs. this was the worse hair cut ive ever had. she made half of my hair into bangs, and she didnt know what she was doing to the point where she had to ask someone else for help!! NEVER go to warminster hair cuttery!! i dont even think these people are trained. you can do it better yourself

My 12 year old son came in for a haircut. He asked for 2 on the side and 4 on the top. He came home in tears...besides the fact the hairdresser smelled like smoke...his hair is all the same length like a buzz cut. Big deal for middle schooler...who wanted a styled clean up and got this horrible buzz cut! Not impressed!

well kim was very friendly and very professional loved my cut even took the time to tell me about different hair products what to use and what not to use, very helpful, the price was right, it was nice to spend under 25.dollars for the same cut i have paid over a 100. for in the past. Thanks Kim,

Avoid at all cost. Took my child there for a cut. They spent all of 5 minutes giving the worst cut I have ever seen. Multiple skippers where used clippers and was so uneven I think a child could have cut it. Again avoid at all costs!

I have been going there for several years. Initially I went to Kim who is no longer there. A little over a year ago a woman named Jackie transferred from another HC, presently, she is the best there.
