Every time I go there, legit every time they always mess up my hair in some form. Today my hair line in the back was whacked off as the lady just blindly just shaving. Havent been there in a long time but was forced to try it again when Hair Tech moved. Ill Drive the extra mileage for a different place.

The online chek-in is completely ridiculous. And theres no policy of child behavior. I get it if you have a young misbehavied child, but the parents inconvience others by allowing there children too do as they please and the staff does nothing too eliminate this problem.

Its ridiculous that you need to check in online or you need to wait 20 to 40 minutes just to get your hair cut.The service is great but the online check in is a joke.
