Heather really did some damage to my hair. I had to go back and get it cut much shorter than I am comfortable with in order to even it out again. I didnt realize just how bad the original cut was until the second stylist started fixing it. Now Im basically letting my hair grow out and starting over. The woman who fixed my hair (dont know her name) did a fine job. There are some good stylists there but based on my experience I cannot recommend this salon.

Male Asian (forgot his name think it was Theo) was terrible - did not listen at all!!- asked for a slight trim and got a buzz cut, took 1 year of hair off me!! plus a growing pony tail!! By the time I complained hair was gone Said I will look like a new man - how wrong - contact to the Franchise was disappointing. Ask many questions and be very clear or they will take all you hair off

Love two of the stylists, I do not remember their names. Affordable and they manage to make the few hairs on my head look good!

Usually they have coupons even though they are inexpensive to begin with. The stylists are friendly. Get good cuts there.

A decent haircut at a good price. The staff is constantly in flux, though
