Ive lived in Mendham for most of my life, and less than a quarter of a mile away from the Men of Mendham. I was on my way home from work and I needed a quick cut. I decided to swing by the place to get a very easy short hair cut. Bob the owner was cutting my hair and I noticed at the end of my hair cut he didnt give me a neck shave and did not show me the back of my head. I also noticed a demeanor change and I thought it was because he was in a hurry to close up after a long day - which I respect. When I walked into work my boss said "what happened to the back of your head!?!?!" I honestly didnt know what he was talking about. Bob had shaved off an inch and a half wide strip of hair from my ear to the bottom of my neck. I was extremely upset because this was not the first time , nor the second , nor the third time this has happened. I was honestly not that upset surprisingly- that is until I spoke with Bob. I had told him to send me his cell phone number so he could see what he did- which he absolutely was aware of. He called me a liar and said he didnt do that.... how unprofessional! Please save your money and go elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke! If you would like to see Bob calling me a liar publicly just check out my review on his Facebook page.

After driving by multiple times while visiting friends and family in Brookside, NJ, I decided to visit the Men of Medham Barbershop. The atmosphere is not that of a generation past, but has a modern look for the classic activity of visiting the barber. I believe it is essential for every male to have a local barber and unfortunately it is hard to find a good one. When I moved from Michigan to Pennsylvania I was open to trying every place around, but nothing was satisfactory. I wanted a place that was able to give a good haircut for a reasonable price and would clean up my neckline with a straight razor. I have found that place and would recommend the Men of Mendham Barbershop to everyone in the area or visiting. Bob and Maggie Romeo have developed a wonderful business and I plan to return in the future.

I always get a great haircut from Bob. He and his staff are professional, courteous, friendly and responsive to your preferences in haircuts. The location is convenient, modern and the wait is never more then 10 minutes. I highly recommend giving them your business. Lets support the locals, especially those like Men of Mendham that earn their fine reputation.

A very good experience from Men of Mendham haircutters. But I am very specific about what type of cut I want, and where I want it. I give Bob and his wife a lot of credit for making it work in Mendham.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! My son received the WORST haircut he had ever had. There was a complete disregard of what hairstyle I requested and the cut was choppy and uneven.
