I guess its true you get what you pay for! Great Clips had a hair cut special last week which I took advantage of which was a huge mistake! This hairstylest couldnt give two craps how I wanted my hair cut and being on certain medications my hair is thinning! This stylist didnt even try to style my hair and left huge thin spots not even trying to layer it ! Cut took less then 5 mins , no gel, no styling brush or hair spray!! Nothing!!! She wanted me to walk out with wet hair and bald spots! I had to redo my own hair before I left! This stylist dumped a life time of her issues on me and told me shes only here for the money because shes fostering 2 grown adults! My Lord Never again! Then the manger wanted me to come back after I complained on Sunday at 9 am before they opened. NO THANKS! Never again will I allow this and be dumped on with negative information and I am not a therapist! I was not even given a mirror to see what she did in the back! Gave her a 2.00 tip out of pitty!

Im very skeptical of chain hair salons, but I had a pleasant experience here. My stylist (Melissa) actually listened and cut the amount of hair I asked for, unlike most salons who cut 3x more than you ask. She was very kind and and took her time cutting my hair so that it came out well. I came here as a last resort because nowhere else was open, and the first time I went a few years ago, I got a nasty lady who couldnt do her job and gave me an attitude for it. (She cut way shorter than asked, couldnt do layers, and said "thats just how my hair is") That being said, Im happy to see the staff and service has really improved. Ill definitely be coming back. Also, they have free lollipops

Weve gone several times to get hair cuts. If you are looking for a decent cut for a good price, then they deliver. Weve mostly gone with the boys, and they always do a good job. Only complaint is that they tend to cut it shorter than you ask. I cant comment on anything fancy, the boys get basic cuts. The four stars above reflects the expectations. For $10-15 dollars a cut, I dont expect the same result as getting a $35+ dollar cut. i do like the web login to get an appointment time. The place is fairly popular, as weve tried to do walk-ins and had 5-6 people in front of us. So you could wait a bit without an appt.

very poor customer service. Inexperienced staff, doesnt take time to do a proper job. There was hardly any customer in the salon but they wanted to get rid of the me as quickly as possible. I showed them the issue with the cut but she said this is how your hair is.. Wow !

Dont bother!!!!!! The staff doesnt know a damn thing about hair,I went a couple of times and they cut my hair crooked in the back! and the style was disgraceful! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
