My daughter went to hair impressions to get her hair dyed. She asked for blonde and that is not what they gave her. Her hair is orange!! Kathy did her hair, and just based on her unkept dye job, that should have been a warning right there. My daughter is young and was too embarrassed to say anything at the moment and didnt express her unhappiness with the service until we got home. I went back in to the salon to talk to the owner and the hair stylist that had colored her hair. They were very rude and very defensive. They did not offer to fix it or compensate us in monetary or gift certificate form. Even if they did offer to fix it I would never let her touch my daughters hair again. Not only based on the horrible customer service and complete unwelcomeness that we received. But also because their look should represent the work that they have to offer. Both the owner, Liz and the hair stylists hair are unkept and have coloring jobs gone bad. I will never return here or recommend this salon to anyone for any type of service. Save yourself the time, patience, and money and go to a professional who actually knows what theyre doing!!!!!

I made an appointment with Kathy & came in with a pretty specific idea of what I wanted done. Kathy suggested a small detail change & I was open to the idea. In the middle of the cut I realized that her suggestion didnt look right so I asked her to instead use my original idea. At this point she just starts sighing and passive aggressively berating me for not liking her suggestion. She takes the scissors and starts going at my hair carelessly, totally botches it within two minutes, and then stormed off into the back. Now I have an incredibly uneven hair cut and Ill have to go much shorter than I planned to. I dont usually write reviews but Ive truly never had an experience like this; she was doing a fine job initially but by the end she was behaving so unprofessionally and was downright mean. She could have even refused to change it but instead she chose to haphazardly snip away at a third of my hair. Would not recommend Kathy at all though Im sure other ladies at the shop are fine.

IVE BEEN GOING FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND ALWAYS HAD COMPLIMENTS. IVE SENT ALL MY GIRLFRIENDS TO THE SHOP. PEOPLE HAVE ACTUALLY STOPPED ME ON THE STREET TO ASK ME WHO DOES MY HAIR.JUST WHEN I DIDNT THINK ANYONE WOULD DO MY HAIR THE WAY I WANTED IT DONE THEY LISTENED AND DID IT THE WAY I ASKED . GOD BLESS LIZ KATHY AND LYSETTE. THERE MUST BE NO WAY TO MAKE YOU HAPPY IF THEY CANT PLEASE YOU

DO NOT go to this hair salon. It will take a year to get my hair back to where I will not be crying in the mirror every morning!
