Had a terrible experience and "salon leader" Erica Ranger was the whole reason. When I walked in with my 5 year old to get his hair cut, she checked us in. She told me that it would be a 15 minute wait. I said, "Ok, Ill be right back." I came back less than 10 minutes later. As I walked in, someone was going to check me in again and Erica yelled, "theyre already checked in." So, we sat down and waited. About 15 minutes later, a man walked in and Erica knew him by sight. She went over to the computer, called one womans name. No one responded so she took this man back (I think his name was Juan). We waited another 15 minutes while another employee finished up and checked out another customer. I walked up when they were finished and asked when we would be taken back. The woman said, "Im sorry, I have an appointment." I asked if we were in the computer, she checked and said that no, we were not in the computer. I asked when we would be taken back and she told me 10-15 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager, who then walked forward, and it was the same woman Erica. She gave me a curt apology. I told her that that doesnt suffice because she compounded the issue and should have realized at some point that we were being skipped over. She just shrugged and said it was an oversight. I asked for her district managers information and she gave me the number to the help desk. The help desk gave me the client support number who said they would leave a message with the district manager Susan. The guy at that number couldnt have cared less. I told him how upsetting this situation was and his comment was, "duly noted." Seriously, thats all he said. The whole experience today has be terrible. Never again.

Ive been here many times to get my hair done :) theyve always done an excellent job with me. I forgot how to do the style once, walked in and they taught me how to do it, which I thought was very nice since theyre very busy. Only one time was I very disappointed, I said very clearly that I wanted shoulder length and it was cut far above where I wanted. HairCuttery gives you a free hairstyle if you didnt like your last one... (they have a picture that has very small letters that says it, dont let them fool you.) Ive just never been the one to speak up about it. Its really a good place if you get the good hair dressers, Id have to say Crystal was the best, get her if you want a good cut.

Went here a couple of times. Once my fiance was cut by a student cutter who apparently forgot to do part of his hair, as he came home with mismatched sideburns.. Another time we walked in and asked for a "Master Cutter," which we have had success with at other Hair Cutterys. The receptionist looked confused and said they didnt have one. Then we asked for their most experienced cutter, and she got snooty and said, "Were all equally good!" We walked out. Never gone back. Went across the street to the "Cost Cutters" next to Shop Rite and had better luck.

A friend referred my daughter to Casey at this salon. I was so pleased with the way he did her hair I made an appointment the following week for my own and was equally pleased. Hes very good with African American hair and does a really good job.

If you want a butcher job, this is the place to sign up. Had to stop the cutting before there was nothing to salvage.
