My wife who is a beautiful woman has been going to this clean, stylish and well maintained salon for well over a year and her hair is amazing. She regularly see Alyssa, who is a super friendly, polite and pleasant young lady. I was impressed with her from visit 1, she actively listened to what is asked of her and clarifies before she starts your hair. My wifes hair is so beautiful and healthy even with color and highlights on a regular basis. Alyssas skill cutting is truly second to none. I have lived in worked all over our great country including over 3 years in burbank and santa monica California where looks are everything and hair can be another mortgage payment. Alyssa is as good if not better than anyone I have ever seen. I give credit where its due and this young lady has incredible skills. So trust me when I say there is no place else that has this quality and more than affordable price range. Thats not to mention the monthly specials and birthday specials they give to their clients.

I went to Richard Krolls with a head full of hair - coarse medium length- in desperate need of color and style. I brought a picture with me of an inverse bob style and asked if I can get the same hair cut. I walked out with chopped up hair of various lengths - not even balanced from one side to another or even on the same side and the style did not, in any way, resembled the style I asked for. Alyssa agreed to take even more hair off or chop off to balance the lengths which the way she wanted to do it would have caused even more disconnect between the short and long strands of hair. She obvious does not know how to handle the bob style. Overall, she was sorry that I "felt this way" meaning that I was not pleased with the haircut she gave me and I got a $15 haircut at the price of $50. I ended up going to another hair salon where any effort was taken to correct the mess I got at Richard Krolls. The color and highlights were fine but the haircut tool all the glory out of the color work.

Pathetic is all i can say!! I went there for keratin and it turned out a disaster. Since I had done keratin earlier from a different salon i know it turns out and results are always satisfactory. But in Richard kroll they simply screw it and when i escalated it that keratin is not 100% and we dont t guarantee 100% results. Staff behaves rudely. They denies the fact that they had not mentioned it anywhere before that it is not100%. My hairs are as good as it were before keratin but i have wasted my 300 dollars for nothing. Then i complained that my hairs are still curly..the stylist came up with the stupidist logic that no it is looking pretty straight to me. The worst u can give is a single star here but i thing they dont t deserve this too. Be double sure before going for any expensive therapy from such salons. They r there to just steal your money. They dont have experienced stylists who can efficiently do such complex hair treatments.

Today was my first time ever going there and I will be going back. I came in with a picture and was not sure if I was going to walk out with a haircut that looked anything like the picture. However it came out perfect! The woman did a wonderful job. This place is well worth a try if you have never been there and looking for a new place. The price was 50 and that may be a little high but when I seen what she did it was well worth it! Ask for Alyssa she is great!

New Stylist Alyssa has been cutting my hair for 4years now. Followed her to Richard Kroll. Much better location for her to polish her art form! Nice relaxing atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. AND I can get an appointment at a time thats convenient for me! Salon is very classy! Good job Mr. Kroll! Manicure by Adriana was wonderful. Need to book a facial soon! Always a great experience when I want to be pampered.

While I was in town I decided to get a haircut. I have had my same hairstylist for the past seven years, it was pretty scary idea going to a new hairstylist, Lisa was amazing. She did an amazing job, I am extremely pleased with her services. I will definitely be back before I leave. My only complaint is the hours of operation, they either need to have extended hours or open Sundays

I went here for a haircut last week. I recieved a haircut with zero form. I went back to have the uneven parts fixed, and the employee took areas that were too long and straight line cut them too short. Now the hair too short AND half of my hair is cut in a straight line. My $32 is better spent elsewhere. The only saving grace is that the owner seems like a nice guy.

I have been coming to Richard for 20+ years. He always takes the time to listen to what I want and then formulates the exact colors and cut. Im not looking forward to the day he fully retires. But until then, I look forward to always having beautiful hair. I recommend Total Image every time someone asks me where I get my beautiful colors and cut.

I had Richard krill working on my hair showed him a picture of what I wanted told me $190. Total killed my hair and I left with blue, green, and blonde hair. Better off going to hair cuttery.
