Working with WF Schmidt was an absolute pleasure. Bill came out to give me a quote and repair my roof. He was up front and honest. He gave me a very fair quote on my minor roof repair and checked other common areas for issues. In the end he said everything else was intact and no additional repairs were needed. Bill even assured me that although my roof was 16 years old I could easily get a few more good years out of it. On the flip side, I had many local companies (5 to be exact) all come out to give me a quote for the same repair. All of the companies except WF Schmidt tried to sell me a new roof instead of replacing the three sheets of missing singles. Bottom line, if you are looking for a company that is honest, fairly priced, and worthy of your hard earned dollar go with WF Schmidt.

Thank you for the wonderful job you did on replacing our 23 year old roof. WF Schmidt Construction was very reasonably priced and had free 12 month financing available, which was very appealing to us. The workmanship and materials utilized were top notch. The look of the finished product is fantastic. Bill is professional and not pushy and only recommended what was really needed, very trustworthy. Bill and Adam went above and beyond. The crew performed the final clean up and left us with a new beautiful roof and a yard that was as clean and neat as it was before the job started. They were also very careful not to damage any plants along the sides of our home. This experience was impressive and we will gladly recommend WF Schmidt Construction to anyone and everyone!

Bought a new house last April and needed a new roof. Had a few estimates and WF Schmidt was most upfront about what needed to be done and explained everything. Didnt try to pitch more expensive options- actually suggested cheaper shingles based on what we were looking for. The existing plywood on the roof was in bad shape so they scheduled the whole roof replacement in within a week after deciding to go with this company. Roof was replaced May 2016 and since we have had some big storms with heavy winds as well as snow and everything else and the roof looks just as it did when it was completed. Thanks for everything!

We can always count on WF Schmidt to do the job right! When needing a new roof we knew calling WF Schmidt Construction would be the right call for us, our roof is beautiful & all the workers cleaned up so we couldnt even tell they were here except for seeing our new roof. They were great with assisting us to choose the right color. Once the roof was done we called them back to re-do our old & ugly deck. This was another great improvement to our home thanks to WF Schmidt, they even added a gate so our dog could enjoy the deck without running off. Thanks!

Bill repaired some wind damaged facia on the side of out house. His work looks great, and he had a quick turn around from estimate to repair. Beside the outstanding work, he was great with kids. He took time out of his Saturday to talk with them and tell them all about what he was doing, I dont think youd get that treatment from anyone else. Theres no question if I have any other roofing/siding repairs, Ill be a repeat customer. My neighbor was so impressed he had them give a quote to re-shingle their shed, and that had a quick turn around also.

WF Schmidt has done two jobs for me this spring. They put a new roof on my existing house extension, and also built me a new Porch Extension that has been attached to the rafters of my house. Bill took time to answer all of our questions and explain the various types of roofing, shingles, and caps. Out of four roofing estimates Bill was the only one who took the time to inspect the roof from attic and find a few potential problems to address along with the new roof. No surprises, thorough. The crew was very professional, and very quick, yet not missing any details. Bill did the chimney repair work himself. At the end not a trace of debris to be found.
