This company is a customer service NIGHTMARE!!!! When I originally searched for a roofing contractor I was so impressed with their website. I thought they were a customer service based company. Then I called to set up an appointment and was told they can only give a window of time morning or afternoon. I asked the person who answers their phones if the estimator could maybe call me in the morning when arranging their schedule and give me some idea of the time they would be there and she said "No, it is a 4 hour window and you need to be there. I can get them to call when they are on the way but that could only give you 5-10 minutes notice." Even the cable companies dont do his kind of scheduling anymore because of the effect an absolute disrespect of your customers time. So I agreed and rearranged my schedule to be present for this 4 hour window. Then the day before our appointment I was at a meeting that I had moved to be present for our appointment and the phone starts ringing nonstop. Apparently they had someone in the area so they just decided to send them by. Well we have a newborn baby that had been up all night the night before, my wife had just gotten her to sleep when the estimator starts knocking on the door. She did not answer because we were not expecting anyone and then they sat in the driveway and started blowing the horn. My wife was in a absolute panic and the baby woke up screaming. I stepped out of my meeting to get this call, and also received a call from the estimator who then told me he was the wrong estimator because I wanted a partial replacement not a repair. I asked if the right person could call me to set up a new appointment and he said "no you need to call the office". I called that night to still try to set up another appointment and I received a message not saying they where aware of what happened or apologizing, but just giving the same caviler attitude like they were doing me a favor to call me back. I am currently trying to find another roofer, anyone that has so little respect for their customers should not get my business or anyones.

A few years ago we obtained four roof replacement estimates. We received varying levels of services provided and costs that varied dramatically. DVM offered the most complete set of services and at a cost that was comparable to one other company (and less than the other two). Pete and Dave impressed us with their knowledge, attention to detail, and patience with our many questions. To this day, we are very happy with the new roof, which has never given us a problem. The work was performed exactly as scheduled and completed in one day. The cleanup was remarkable – there was not a hint that a major home repair had been completed. However, the most significant thing has been the amazing customer service DVM has provided since the roof repair. On two occasions, Dave has come to our house and examined the roof to trouble-shoot potential roof issues. On both occasions, the roof was not at issue and Dave provided recommendations to correct siding, gutter, and grout issues. In addition, while at our house, Dave performed some short-term fixes until we could get others to provide more permanent repairs. All in all, selecting DVM to replace our roof was one of the best decisions we’ve made.

Following a significant wind storm and snow the next day, we called DWM to assess the repairs needed and have used them in the past. The manager was extremely helpful and communicative about what would be needed and having the shingles we had already on hand available. Effectively, the next day (weekend in between), the roofing expert arrived first thing in the morning and began working on the repairs. He was extremely personable, took in my reports of additional shingles that were pulling up and noises we were hearing above the attic, and proceeded to survey any additional problems. He was kind enough to come down and explain what he found, showed the shingles that had blown off and the condition, and returned to finish the repair. All repairs were completed and communication back to the office reporting success was easy and the cost was very reasonable. Highly Recommended. Very satisfied customer. Very professional. Cleaned and picked up the area after he finished the work and no rusty roofing nails around the areas worked as has occurred with other companies.

The good people at DWM Roofing came out and replaced our roof in one day. I did not see the guys even stop for lunch. Great work ethics. They cleaned up and then came back again to double and triple check to make sure that were no nails left in the yard. They also ran a starter strip of shingles along the ends of roof - not only is that the way to do it according a Construction Teacher - but it makes the roof look great. With a new roof, 9 sheets of new plywood and new 6" gutters all around - the good people at DWM Roofing still came in a lot lower than any of the other 8 guys I had come bid on the roof. If you are looking for a company that knows their business and does the work correctly and a price that is more than fair - call the good people at DWM Roofing.

I did not do business with this company and Im glad I didnt! I asked for a simple quote after a tree damaged my house and a google search pulled up their ad for the nearest town to my home (less than 2 miles). With a prompt reply, I was told I was out of their service area...confused, I asked them why they were advertising on google in my area if my home was out of their service area. I was answered with an email full of contempt for my even asking this question, technicalities about zip codes and excuses about how they have too much business. If they cant even treat prospective clients with respect then Id hate to see how they treat current clients.

A GREAT experience! Lets face it, no one really wants to buy a new roof, but the entire experience with DWM was painless! From the initial inspection til the last crew member left when the job was completed, every person I came in contact with was courteous, pleasant, and accommodating. Our home is surrounded by azaleas and rhododendrons that are just getting ready to bloom and I dont believe one bud was bruised, they were THAT careful. Ive already recommended DWM to two of my coworkers, one of which is my boss, and Id never do that if I wasnt completely satisfied!

DWM was the lowest of the 4 bids that I received. The scheduler worked with us to reschedule the work because of a conflict with our vacation. On the day of the work, the crew arrived on time. They were polite and friendly. They used tarps to protect our shrubs and other property around the house. The crew worked as a team and finished the job before the end of the day. They did a great job with the cleanup. Except for the new roof, you would not even know that any work took place. DWM made the whole process painless. I strongly recommend them.
