As last year we were told by a different contractor that we need our roof replaced, we decided to get a second opinion and we did the free inspection of the roof with American Custom Contractors after a bad hail storm. To my surprise they told us that our roof still has 10-15 years left and it has minimal damage from the hail. The person they sent, David, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I really dont take the time to post reviews, but this time I had to post this as I was impressed with their honesty. It is very hard to get a honest opinion these days when everybody tries to sell you everything. I would recommend them based on our experience with them. When our roof will be replaced, they will be the first one to call.

Great company. The representative showed up early. Clearly explained what was to be performed and explained their qualifications and certifications. The price was very reasonable for the job they had to perform. Not sure when the arrived the day of the build but I called their office at 3 pm to check on the roofs progress. And they were finished hours ago. My roof was a complete loss, Multi Layer shingled, dilapidated gutters and weak wood. They had to have taken a few hours to complete the project, They pay close attention to permits and HOA restrictions where applicable. Quality workmanship on the roof and followup project. I only wish they did things inside the house. LOL!

I had a great experience working with American Custom Contractors. After some damage to my roof I sought the referral of some friends and ending up contacting them. It was a great decision. An ACC representative came out to take a look and that was pretty much the extent of my involvement. They took care of everything and worked with my insurance company to handle the claim. The staff was always a pleasure to deal with, the work was excellent, and they cleaned up everything. Ill make sure to refer them to anyone that asks.

American Custom Contractors was great to work with. I had damage to my roof. I made three calls and picked ACC to come out to take a look. After that it was smooth sailing. They took care of everything and worked with my insurance company to handle the claim. Im very happy with the work that was completed and more impressed with the clean up. My home is back to normal. I have already recommend these guys to my neighbors.

The process went perfectly from start to finish. They worked well with my insurance company so that I got the full benefit to which I was entitled. Workmen were courteous and left no mess. The workmanship looks excellent. Very nice company to work with!
