I give Brax a 10 out of 10. They did a full cedar shake roof replacement on my property in Potomac. Im writing this review because I still cant believe how great their warranty is, though Im not sure I will ever need it; I have not had a single problem. I worked with Ben Matthews, who was incredibly friendly and informative. Ive never worked with a contractor who cared so much about my concerns. Ben thoroughly explained the different roofing products and went through the installation process step-by-step. He mentioned that he used to work on the wholesale side of things, so he really knows roofing inside and out. When it came time for the actual installation, the crews were great. Timely and efficient. I never felt out of the loop as Ben kept me updated at all times and checked in often. Since then, I have referred friends and family to Brax roofing , and will be certain to call them in the future. Thanks Brax.

We worked with Boris and the service was excellent. We had a very complicated set of leaks that 5 previous contractors had tried and failed to fix. Boris took the time to thoroughly investigate the root cause of our problems and provided an actual long term solution in his estimate. Work was done quickly and professionally. We had a small cosmetic issue with some of the flashing, that was more us being picky then anything, and Boris enthusiastically went out of his way to fix it to our liking to make sure we were happy before the job was done. Great company, I would highly recommend. Also I should add they replaced a full side of our roof that has cedar shake, the shake was very neatly placed and aligned. Many of the other houses in our neighborhood have had very sloppy shake replacements so we were a bit worried, but BRAX took the time to install them correctly.

Brax recently fixed my roof and did some outside repairs for me. They were very responsive. The appraiser James was friendly and early for the appointment. I honestly cant say how their prices compare to others because none of the 6 other places I tried to contact got back to me at all. As far as I can tell they did good work, and fixed my leaky roof for me just in time for the storms we had over the past few weeks. There was a minor miscommunication about one of the outside repairs but they came and fixed that quickly. I have no complaints and would use them again over any of the other contractors who never replied to phone calls, voice mails, or emails even if the others turned out to be cheaper.

Brax was one of three companies I contacted for an assessment of my roofs condition, and an estimate for replacement. Of the three they did the most impressive job of inspection, and explaining what was found and the replacement cost. The job was done by an efficient work crew. They were done by mid afternoon, and my grounds were completely cleared of debris. The roof looks fabulous, and the new ridge vent is doing an outstanding job of releasing attic heat. My home is 40 years old. Ive lived here for close to 20 years. Ive had to do a number of renovations. I would not hesitate to recommend Brax to anyone contemplating major house work.

The proposal clearly identified everything that was going to be done. Boris and his team provided superior customer service. Amazing work and customer service. The crew was here early and replaced my entire roof in just one day. Boris sent me pictures before,during,and after the job was complete. This made me feel secure that everything that I was expecting to be done was being handeled. The crew did an AMAZING job cleaning up the debris after the project was complete. I was impressed. I highly recommend Brax Roofing. I contracted with them to perform a repair on my roof following a severe wind storm. Within 24 hours of contacting them I received a response and an appointment for a roof estimate. Boris was extremely knowledgable about the repair and explained the needed repair and how it would be performed. Their estimate was very competitive. Within two weeks of my first contact my roof repair was completed and I am completely satisfied with the work.
