Shiner Roofing has performed repair work on my townhome for the past 3 years due to horrible wind storms. The most recent was on February 28, 2017. Each time I have called for service they were ultra professional, courteous, very detailed to identify the problem to be repaired. My home is only 7 years old but the builder put the wrong wind shingles (60 mile instead of 120 or 130) on my roof and at year 5 starting to seek repair work from Shiner Roofing. I trust them and know for sure they will do an outstanding job. Luke just did my last repair and he was amazing and eagerly answered and questions and concerns I had. I was truly impressed with his kindness and professionalism. A representative always follows up with a call the next day to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction and if I had any further questions. I wish all service companies were this responsive and caring!!! We have used Shiner Roofing for two jobs now. First, we had some siding put on our bay windows in front and back of our house. That went really well and we have been happy with that since we had it done about two years ago. Since we were so happy with that work, we had Shiner replace our front door. It was quite a job- we had the door inswing reversed, a brand new door and storm door put on, and some cladding put over the wood trim on the outside of the door. We were both SO impressed with Joe, who did the installation. He was incredibly detailed and meticulous, and clearly paid attention to what he was doing. He took his time and even cleaned up really well afterward. We are so happy with his work. We chose Shiner originally because they were in the Best Pick Reports, and then the second time we chose them because they are so responsive and thorough, and we were definitely not disappointed. From start to finish they kept us informed. Definitely quality work, we will be using Shiner for whatever we can in the future!

We had a leak in our roof which caused ceiling and carpet stains. I called Shiner Roofing and set up an appointment for one of their roofing specialists to come out and diagnose the problem. They were on time, thorough, actually got up on the roof to inspect and offered a competitive solution. The representative from Shiner was also friendly, knowledgeable an explained all the details of the proposal that he generated in my presence. When it cam time for the work to be performed the repairmen were on time, took pictures of the repair and cleaned up when they were done. Several days later i received an email with the pictures of the repair showing before and after. I am going to be in the market in a few years to replace my roof. My first call will be to Shiner Roofing. The home repair/renovation market is flooded with companies that do not deliver what they advertise. That is not the case with Shiner Roofing. I highly recommend Shiner Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience of late with this company. Previously I had found them to be very professional and customer oriented. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment for them to give me a quote on a new roof. They cancelled that appointment at the last minute. When we rescheduled an appointment for several weeks later, they left a voice message on my home number the day before requesting a confirmation of the appointment that we had already set up. After I called them back first thing the following morning and left a message to confirm the appointment (after returning home from work) they called me back and told me they had cancelled my appointment again (after I had stayed home from work for the appointment) because I had not confirmed it in time! When I called them they informed me that no one was available to for an appointment until the following week! This to me is a good example of what not to do as a business.

I went through roof replacement last year with my parents house with a different company, and had a less than positive experience. So when our roof was examined, I was cautious and expecting a similarly difficult time. I could not have been more wrong. Shiner Roofing was exceedingly professional and went out of their way to answer any question or address any concern. The initial contact was pleasant and the representative was helpful not only to me but to the insurance adjuster as well. The work was completed on schedule and as advertised, with minimum inconvenience or mess. The follow up and dealings with the insurance company likewise were smooth. Overall the experience was excellent and I would recommend Shiner Roofing for anyone who has a roof issue. I only wish I could have referred Shiner to replace my parents roof!

We had a new roof installed during Summer/Fall 2015. If I had the chance to do it again I would choose another company. Pros: Knowledgeable sales rep. (Was able to point out many flaws with old roof that other companies missed) Possibly more accurate job cost Cons: Most expensive of the companies that bid on our job Roofers missed job finish date by several days Roofers left nails and other materials littered about the yard and deck. Roofers broke several outdoor lights (we were compensated about 2 months later) New Roof leaked causing interior damage (Shiner Roofing wont fix interior damage unless owner OKs it) Repair work for leaks from the new roof was delayed for several weeks while interior damage worsened

I noticed my bedroom ceiling was leaking water after heavy rains so I was referred to Shiner to check it out. The guy that came was very professional and asked to see the ceiling before making any assumptions. After taking a look and checking out the roof, he said it was just a bent gutter that was restricting the water flow. He said he bent it back to the way it was supposed to be. I asked if there was any charge and to my surprise, he said "No." Its been a few weeks and a couple of thunderstorms have come by. Theres no more leaking! I would definitely use Shiner again and recommend them to anyone else that has a similar issue.

Shiner Roofing is awesome! We have had a leak in our garage for a year and other roofers had trouble figuring it out (but happy to spend our money trying to). It was a weird one because it only happened sometimes during rains (but not always). When the estimator for Shiner came, he was very knowledgeable and his theory made sense for what we were seeing. His solution was much cheaper than others as well. His crew was polite and easy to work with and so far, the leak does not appear to be coming back! We couldnt be more pleased! Would highly recommend!

We are extremely pleased with the roof replacement provided by Shiner. We had hail damage and the Shiner team engaged directly with our insurance company to help us secure the appropriate workscope to replace our roof and gutters. We replaced an asphalt shingle roof on our home and a metal roof on our garage. The team was extremely professional from the estimate process through the removal of the old roof, installation of the new roof and installation of the new gutters. Great Work Shiner!
