We had a new house built in 2003. Topper construction installed shingle and a copper standing seam roof. The shingle installation is adequate. But the Standing seam roof was not installed to roofing specs . The cleats that hold the roof on are spaced at 30+ inches . They are supposed to be spaced at no more than 18". In a recent thunderstorm a section of roof was torn off. This is just one of the problems we have had many over the years with the standing seam roof.

Very Good! Polite and have kept both appointments I have had with them. Sometimes they are busy and you need to wait for an appt, but easy to deal with. And they have done extra work, should they find something else needs fixing without raising the price!
