It took them 15 months to fully finish installing our windows correctly. They never replaced all the wood rot like the contract stated, until we pressed them and pressed them over the contract. The workers were unprepared and mostly in the dark about what was going on or why they were at my house. Bob, the supervisor, also family, was incompetent, foul mouthed, and told my wife to have her husband call from now on, and after speaking with Bob, he said he just wanted to talk to me and then I can let wifey know that way. I informed the headquarters in either Virginia Beach or Hampton Roads of Bobs incompetence, sexism, and just overall rude, foul mouth demeanor, considering this company claimed to be Christian, and the headquarters buried our complaints and concerns and did nothing to address Bobs behavior. Bob had is administrative assistant call us and basically, she indicated that if she couldnt address our issues in the next 3 weeks that she would be terminated. From the sales team to the workers, they over promised and under delivered. They will tell you that they stand behind their products for a lifetime, and then charge you later if there are any problems. They tell you that your windows or doors are custom, but have a warehouse full of them. They told the workers sent to my house that I cussed out the last guys and tried to physically assault them. I had not idea this was being said about us until one of the workers said. "You guys are the a**holes that Bob said you are..." The windows they sold were great products, but you can expect to get the full benefit of new windows with a A+ windows and D- installation... Save yourself the time and headache and dont deal with this horrible company.

Our experience with Paramount Builders started with a young man canvasing the neighborhood for work and asked for a drink of water. I obliged, bringing Isaiah a glass, and we started talking about repairs on our 56 year old house we just bought 7 months earlier. We talked about the siding, trim and windows, which I mentioned needed the most work as they were original to the house. He called in to his base office and set up an appointment for me to talk to a sales representative about windows. He also asked that the company give us a discount on installation to sweeten the deal. A week later, I was visited by Joe Mackey and a trainee to discuss Paramount Builders offering for windows. Having resently sold a contractor grade house, i knew what run-of-the-mill contractor vinyl windows were like. Despite the very long discussion and presentation (3+ hours!) I was convinced that the windows we were getting we of high quality and would save us money over the old drafty windows, some which didnt close properly at all. Once we agreed on the deal, the process was simple. Joe did a quick measurement and count on the existing windows which was followed up by another employee who would be part of the installation team. After 3 weeks, we get a call to schedule our installation. When the team arrived on time at 8AM, they got right to work taking out the old windows and installing the new ones. For 19 windows, the work took only 5 hours! The results were beautiful windows that closed properly, kept out the sound and heat with the triple pane glazing, and look so much better than the originals! We look forward to saving some money this winter. Thank you Paramount Builders!

My family and I were glad of the customer service, and attention to the budget that we were set on. Tony Bradshaw came to our house and didnt mind waiting with my husband until I got done with work. To be honest I wasnt interested at first but when Mr. Bradshaw broke things down I saw the benefits of the products. We settled on getting all of our windows done last year. This year we are about to change our doors and gutters. If you are looking for someone that will work with you budget and listen to what your familys needs are ask for Tony Bradshaw.
