We had quite of bit of damage from an ice storm and needed our roof replaced. The first roofer we called was professional but so expensive that our insurance said we were being overpriced. The second roofer we called couldnt give us the time of day since he was too busy, and in fact was rude. The last roofer we found online, checked out their website and then called them. What a breath of fresh air! They were extremely respectful, immediately arranged to come out and check out the damage, gave us an estimate that worked very well with our insurance company and within one week had the job done, perfectly. They would have done it even faster except we asked them to order a special shingle. The communication was superb, their workmanship was very clean, and we highly recommend Southern Pride Roofing.

I read the other reviews, I dont understand why they have these great reviews. To start they were late doing the estimate, put me off twice. Then when Troy did come, he seemed in a hurry but I did go with them because of price. It took nearly a month to get to my roof. I gave them the all the up front. I figured it would speed up the process. He said it would take a week to 2 weeks to get to me. It took a month. Then when they did the roof, they didnt have all the necessary supplies. Then tried to charge me extra $900 for wood, after it says on the contract "wood included". He said that was a mistake. Stay clear of this company! Cheap is never good

Highly recommended roofing co.! These guys are great! They really pushed our insurance company to buy us a new roof after Hurricane Irene. Troy and George were wonderful people to work with. Troy was down-to-earth and didnt make me feel uncomfortable or push me into anything. In fact, he was quite informative and helpful. George was great in helping get the roof for us. Their communication was fantastic as I would always receive a quick reply to questions whether it be by phone or email. And they were very patient with the delays in payment caused by our insurance company. Our roof looks fantastic, but more importantly, its doing its job.
