I am new to the area (less than a year) and the winds took a bunch of my roof-shingles with it about a month after moving in... McNabb roofing fixed and sealed the entire patch of shingles within two days of calling and sent me a bill I was happy to pay. You couldnt even tell that a repair was made. They were very friendly on the phone and made me feel like my business was welcome. They didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need either! 5 months later one of the shingles bent up (didnt break... we have really high winds!) in the same area that was repaired and McNabb roofing was all-apologies. They came out to fix it free-of-charge the very next day! I went on the roof to inspect their work and found that the repaired area was much better sealed than the rest. (I dont know who built the original roof) Based on my experience concerning roofing repair, I would highly reccomend McNabb roofing. -Dale S. Haymarket VA

Was one of the rudest offices I have ever spoken with. I was actually trying to call to pay them an outstanding Bill that THEY didnt send on time or to the person it was agreed to be sent to. They screwed up and then really couldnt have been any Nastier in their approach. The called the wrong person 10 times and was very very rude. Im gonna send them their money but I honestly dont want to just out of spite because of how nasty the LADY in the office was. "Gimme My money" within 3 seconds of me calling to tell them I was trying to pay them. It was my first and will be my last contact. Honestly horrible!! Im so upset and appalled

We got two estimates for a leak just above our bedroom. McNabb Roofer guy tells me the slope of the roof is the problem. Apparently not enough slope. Go figure! And the shingles in the section need to be replaced and and basically redone. Estimate of 950+ depending on whether the board underneath needed repair. I call another roofer. In 15 minutes, they had it fixed for 200 bucks!. Comes down and shows me a picture of where two golf balls had hit our roof and created holes. The golf ball holes were the cause. I find it amazing that the roofer did not find these holes right above the point of the leak.

Stay away from this company. The people are nasty. The woman who answers the phone is unbearable.
