I was referred to Mike at Commonwealth Roofing by a friend in our neighborhood. We had some damage that we were not sure about and had no idea to tell if our roof was in bad shape or not. Mike came out promptly and did a thorough walkaround and confirmed that we had some hail damage. I then went with my insurance company to file a claim and he even met the adjuster when he showed up and answered all the adjusters questions. The job was approved and his guys worked the entire day and did an excellent job. They did a very good job cleaning up as well. I also had some gutter guards that they initially didnt put back in but Mike sent a guy out a couple days later even though they usually dont install old gutter guards. Overall, I was extremely pleased and will most definitely be recommending him to friends in the area who need new roofs.

We were very happy with their work on a roof replacement. We had some earlier estimates, but Commonwealth Roofing & Siding really stood out from the crowd. The estimate was made by the company owner, who was also the first guy to actually climbed on a roof to check and measure it beforehand. The estimate was much lower than from the other companies while offering comparable product, it was also delivered without high pressure tactics. Most of the work was done in a day by a large crew, with few details done later. They also did a very good job cleaning afterwards.

Working with Mike and his team at Commonwealth is a excellent experience. My wife and I noticed shingles on the driveway and called Commonwealth. They were out the same day and identified what was going on with our roof and made the necessary repairs. Mike is incredibly honest and let us know, based on our roof condition that we could repair the roof and keep it going for many more years to come. It is really nice to work with people you can trust, and we will be using Mike and the Commonwealth team for as many projects and we can get them on.

A branch shattered our skylight on a windy Sunday afternoon. Commonwealth Roofing & Siding was the first roofer to return our call and promptly arrived to tarp the roof (even with strong winds). Mike took photos of his great work and performed the work at a reasonable cost. We were extremely grateful for his willingness to interrupt his weekend so we could salvage ours!
