I knew I was going to hire Northside with 5 minutes of meeting Sal. He told me I could get a few more years out of my current roof and that there was no rush to replace it. His honesty impressed me. He answered all of my questions and provided a very detailed estimate. I decided to replace the roof this year anyway. The crew was great. They were on time everyday and very careful with my property. The foreman Ron gave me daily updates and made sure the project moved along exactly as Sal had explained. The roof looks GREAT. I get tons of compliments. I have recommended Northside to several people. They are currently putting a new roof on my sisters house. I cant say enough about the staff and the quality of work. Great experience - great company

Weve been very happy with all the work performed by Northside. Weve had a roof, windows and a siding job completed with complete satisfaction. It was suggested that we replace sheeting due to delamination which we decided to do. The workers and salesman were very open and honest as to what would ensure the best results and we decided that the extra money would be well worth it. Weve recommended Northside to all our families and Northside has exceeded all expectations for a demanding family.

Sal and Marshall misrepresent the work they are going to do. They use subcontractors who are not happy working for Northside and tell you about it. My roof leaked worse than ever after they were done. They actually using nails sticking out of the new roof so that they would stay over the rotten sheathing they were supposed to replace. They are a total rip off. There are lots of better, more responsible roofers.

We are looking at 1000s in repairs for the crappy job that Northside did. We have snow and water in our attic and you can see day light is multiple places. When we first started to see issues Sal basically called me a foul name and stopped returning phone calls. I will be sending an invoice for all the fixes to them to pay. Court might be in the future. Horrible company.

My roof was leaking.They replaced my roof and it leaked worse than ever. They wanted $2,000 more to stop the leaks. Fortunately, I called another contractor and they found over 250 square feet of rotted sheathing that was under the old tar paper Northside never bothered to replace as they should have. This company is not what it used to be. BEWARE - save your money!
