If I could give them negative stars I would. And they havent even done any work at my house! We have a problem with rotten soffit and trim around the eaves of our house and birds have gotten in the attic. They contracted to remove the birds and fix all of the trim at the roofline. The guy was supposed to show up between 10 and 11 on Sunday to remove the birds. He called at ten to say he would be there at 11 when he hadnt showed up by 11:20 I called him at which point he informed me he was at least 20 minutes out still. I was upset that he didnt call me as soon as he knew he was going to be late instead of waiting for me to contact him especially when he anticipated being almost an hour late total. We rescheduled for the next day when he was supposed to show up at 5 PM and I made a point of telling him to please contact me if he was going to be late. That day he didnt call me when he was 20 minutes late so again I called him only to be informed that he had a flat tire and his spare tire was also flat and he wouldnt be able to make it that night. I again told him how unprofessional it was for him not to contact me when he realized he wasnt going to make our appointment. He promised to be there at 9 AM the next day at 9 AM I went ahead and called him because I didnt want to wait around to see if he was going to be late again. Of course at that time he told me he would be 15 minutes late but he was actually 25 minutes late. He showed up with a ladder and a container of birdseed to catch the birds in the attic. He had no net or garbage bag or any other kind of apparatus to actually hold any birds so I dont think he actually intended to catch anything that day. He had also been advised previously that the birds in the attic are starlings and starlings do not eat seeds they eat bugs so putting birdseed in my attic would do nothing but encourage other pests to move in. After crawling around in my attic for approximately five minutes he told me he saw no birds and that his crew would take care of the nest material that was up there when they came out to do the repair in a couple of days. When they scheduled to do the repair the main office said that no in fact they would not take the nest material out until I provided a video of the guy saying that they would. Today is finally the day that they were supposed to do the work and remove the birds and nest materials and fix the trim they were supposed to be here between nine and 9:30. It is now 9:56 and not only are they not here but nobody has contacted us to say if they are actually coming or not. Do not use this company. Unless you really like to be frustrated. Im pretty sure the quality of their work is going to be abysmal too if this is the level of professionalism that I can expect. UPdate! The guy they were going to send was sick yesterday so instead of coming to our job on time today, he went there, and will be here sometime later. (someone has to be home to give them attic access) Of course, they never called to say that this was the case. We had to call 4 times to even get an answer from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Unlike other I had not so good experience with Roofing and More 1. After back and forth with the insurance company my Roof Job was supposed to be Start on Sep 14th however only 48 hour prior it got pushed back to Sep 15th which I was not anticipating at all (It was not a weather delay, more of a scheduling thing). 2. During the initial assessment period when I talked to Kyle (Owner) I specifically mentioned my job (since its a town house) to be completed in a day with a six crew team, since I have 5 month child . Marie also confirmed that and when you came during the production meeting I believe I mentioned you that too. However today I found out only 2 Crew showed up around 1:00 PM and they only worked till 6:00 to get it done the back of the roof. The crews are coming back again tomorrow to finish the job. I was not notified that my job is going to be completed in two days and DOES NOT make me a happy customer. 3. Nobody from the team called me to schedule a walk through after the job is completed. I notified that to Marie. She said she will look into it. 4. I reported issue#2 and emailed owner (Kyle). He was not courteous enough to return my email or call me back.

Excellent experience with this company and their leadership. They are willing to go the extra mile to help you with the process. They do an outstanding job in preparing you for all the details concerning your roof installation. I found them to be extremely patient with me as I took a lot of time and requested many examples to be sure to pick the right roof color. During the process of installation, their men are professional and courteous. They never leave a mess, and were very thorough in their clean up! When they say they will be there at a specific time, they meet their promises. Would highly recommend.

Great experiencing with the team at Roofing and More in Herndon. Mark the sales guy was great and responsive, the installation crew did a fantastic job and the project coordination team was very informative and kept us in the loop on the scheduling and other details along the way. This is the second time I have used Roofing and More, once for new roofing and the second time for the Leaf Relief solution. They recommended the leaf system several years ago when I had the new roof installed but I waited until now to have it installed. I highly recommend the team at Roofing and More.

Had some issues with getting the work completed when stated. Apparently there was an emergency and they did not finish my job in one day like they had told me they would. I had to call and find this out, even though I gave the roofer my cell phone number when I was leaving the house in case he had questions etc. I got new gutters and the leaf relief system on my entire house and my detached garage. It looks beautiful and they did a great cleanup job. I would use them again.

When I had water damage I called Roofing and Moore to provide an estimate. They came in at a good price, had the best technical solution for the cause of the water leakage and in the end, did a very good job at completing the work. In addition, for which Im very grateful, they successfully advised me on how to deal with the insurance company so that I received appropriate payment for the repair work.

The entire process from the initial consult through the roofing installation was well-thought out and well-executed. Everybody involved seemed to be a true professional...it was a pleasure dealing with everyone from the office staff to the site manager to the guys on the install crew...It was an exceptional performance from start to finish.
