For years my house had been experiencing problems with ice damming and icicles. Upon meeting with Anthony I had a feeling right away that he was the person that I wanted working on my house. He is very personable, flexible, clean, careful, knowledgeable, and hard working. Toni is also very easy to get in touch with either by phone or email, which is an added bonus. I wrote to him several times with questions and he always responded promptly with good suggestions. With the addition of more vents under the soffits, baffles to keep the vents from getting plugged up with insulation, and several inches more of blown insulation, we are no longer experiencing the ice damming problem and we couldn’t be happier. Toni also fixed our master bathroom ventilation so that the fan now vents to the roof instead of the attic, thus helping to keep the moisture out of the attic. He came on Christmas Eve to do this- such dedication! We didnt even know the fan wasnt venting properly until Toni mentioned it upon inspecting the attic. Thank you, Toni for all your help! We will absolutely keep you in mind for any future roof work!

When we needed roof work following the March wind storm, Anthony and his guys were there 8 AM the next morning to tarp our roof. This is our first house and the first time Ive needed emergency services of any kind and he guided me through the process and made what was a stressful time much easier. It only took 2 days of actual work at the house to repair the damage to the roof, and his team was fast, professional and tidy. While there are still homes in my neighborhood with tarped roofs, our repairs are done. I originally hired Giordano Roof Replacement & Restoration to repair major problems caused by a previous Rochester roofing contractor. The owner, Anthony, was professional, courteous, and honest. His estimate was reasonably priced compared to others I obtained. The repairs included major areas of my roof having to be torn off and re-roofed, the chimney flashing/counter-flashing replaced, a skylight replaced that the previous roofer permanently damaged, fascia & trim repairs & wrapping w/low-maintenance matl., and new gutters installed. My wife and I had recently purchased our home and without warning our roof started leaking during a rainy day. We called Anthony and he came over to inspect our roof and was very thorough. Not only was our roof leaking, but it was also improperly installed. Anthony and his crew replaced the roof and also found rot in the wood from years of leaking. He showed us pictures and it looked awful. He was able to replace the rotted wood as well once it was discovered. Now our roof is in great shape and even looks better than before.
