6/26/2014 spoke with Nancy Courpas, Human Resources, attempting to purchase the Roof Tune-up special for $99. She then checked my house roof pitch via Google and stated it was too steep and due to safety requirements, two people are needed. With the added labor, she proceeded with the quote $350. I agreed and the invoice was paid on 7/8/2014. 7/9/2014 Arocon sent ONE contractor (Chris), to perform the job. I noted that this did not agree with the initial assessment of needing TWO people, as my roof being too steep to justify the price hike from $99 to $350. I asked him where his co-worker was and out of concern also asked could he work safely alone. He explained how and proceeded. He was very professional, showed me before and after pictures of the areas he worked along with an inspection check list. 7/17/2014 Contacted Chris about the leak in my newly painted living room caused by the Roof Up. He stated he would contact the office so he can get a schedule and approval to return and the leak. 7/29 /2014 spoke with Nancy, after not reaching an agreement about sending Chris back to repair the leak; she was going to send a roofing expert instead. (Henry) 7/30/2014 Henry (Chief Estimator) arrived and was surprised of my expectation that he was there to inspect the leaking area and devise a method to correct the problem. Fact is he was there because he only sells roof replacements, and to pitch for a new roof, with no intentions of fixing the roof leak. He tried to persuade me about roof replacement. I adamantly told him that I am not interested in purchasing or do I have the funds to replace the roof. He then said that he will relay my wishes to have my roof repaired to his Arocon office. 7/31/2014 Called Nancy to let her know I spoke with Henry and was not interested in spending $10,000-$15,000 for a new roof. I just wanted my roof returned to the state it was before the Tune Up. I also reminded her that due to the leaks, I have to put my house showings on Hold, until the leak is corrected and my living room is fixed and repainted. I am losing possible buyers. This information was sent to Kathleen Palmer (Online Marketing & Reputation Manager}. As of now there has not been a response from either to resolve this matter. 8/5/2014 I have stated on the review that I did not qualify for the $99. specials. As per your offices assessment, due the the roof being steep, of which I then paid the $350. that your company quoted. The quote was 3.5% higher than the specials which, according to your company, again, is because you will need to send two workers for safety reasons. However, only one worker arrived and performed the work of supposedly work of two people. Furthermore, I disagree with your statement that you have worked and continue working with me. My phone calls were not answered immediately. The only solution you offered was to misdirect someone to believing he was being sent to my house to do an estimate for a new roof, rather than him fixing the leak on the roof. This was a waste of my time and the roofers time. I am now at the impression that this roof fixing special is a rouse, a gimmick, to get to peoples residences to pitch a roof replacement, which of course will bring more revenue as compared to just having a roof fixed. Bottom line, your company failed to meet the services as promised.

Bottom line up front, I recommend NOT using Arocon. I hired Arocon to replace my roof and replace four skylights. The experience was incredibly long and terrible. When I received the contract to sign I noticed that there were some mistakes on it regarding part numbers for the skylights. When I contacted the salesman, he assured me that they ordered the correct parts and that everything would still go smoothly. A few days before the work was supposed to be done, I got an email stating that the slope on my garage was too low and that they needed to use different material and this would cost ME an additional $1,000. After some back and forth he said that Arocon would use the needed material at no extra cost to me. This part is just my conjecture but I decided to look up the new material cost per square foot vs what I was initially estimated and based on what I found that it quite possibly should have been cheaper not more expensive but I just let that go. The day came (Thursday) to replace the roof but the skylights never showed up and I was told that they would return tomorrow (Friday) as they would be here. The skylights came but no one showed up. I called about 4pm and was told that they were coming out tomorrow (Saturday now) at 8 am and that someone supposedly called to inform me. Was not very happy to find out that they were going to just show up at 8 am on a Saturday unannounced. They showed up on Saturday to find out that every single one of the skylights was measured wrong and not by just an inch, but inches. I was initially told that the skylights would be ordered immediately and they should come within a week or two. Three months went by! When I was told that they were ordered right away, I asked what the exact date on the order was and it was one month after they told me they were ordered. While waiting for the skylights, we had to have them come out THREE times to fix leaks in our BRAND NEW roof! I think possibly this time they might have been able to stop the leaking. I decided to go on the roof just to look around and found two nails not all the way hammered in, one actually cracked the shingle above it. I found nails in EVERY gutter along with rubber bands and even a tube of roofing cement. There was plastic garbage around my yard after every visit and they even broke a solar path light. I STRONGLY suggest you consider a different company!

Met with salesman, convinced me to replace chimney cap, in addition to roof. Promised hed come back after job complete and do an inspection, he didnt, and as of right now hasnt returned a message in a month, except to tell me I got what I paid for. Still have a roofing bag hanging in neighbors tree 30 ft high, no idea how to get it out. So what did I question? I had water dripping down my chimney. They sent a installer who proceeded to over caulk around my chimney. Then a neighbor came over asked how the roof turned out? I said fine but looking up at the chimney cap, it reminded me of jr high school riveting job. Then he informed me : he was in his driveway they had a nice tapered Cap but it wouldnt fit, so they put it back on the truck. Against doctors Orders I climbed up a ladder, not tapered completely flat. Call office said theyd send another. They did but it was flat, the installers spoke no English so I drew a pix of it being tapered. He nodded, called company, they said theyd send anothe., salesman complained to me they were losing money! Were supposed to call, but went ahead and installed without a call. Again up a ladder took pictures with a level, it actually slanted inward to my chimney opening. Sent pixs was told its not level the bubbles not centered. I explained the bubble was on the side indicating it was the opposite of tapering away. Two weeks later, I called and was told Theyd send my money back for the cap, they were never going to call me back. Makes me wonder what other things they short cut! Would never recommend, this job started six months ago! My patience is done. Now I have to find another company to replace roof cap, hope I find a honest one this time. I noticed under all the bad reviews the owner stated talked. To customer and we are working it out I cant wait for his call, but if hes like his sales rep and manager, my phone will never ring
