I got several quotes for my roof replacement and Trinitys price was in the middle. But I was impressed with their reviews and ratings, GAF certification, thorough expanation of the process, and showing me their insurance without my asking. I really appreciated my very specific quote, which itemized each material to be used and each thing to be done. These things were vague or left out of other quotes I received. I urge you to compare the specifics of their quote with the others you receive. They also included the GAF Weather Stopper Plus warranty, which requires specific materials to be used and GAF-trained installers using specific processes. Other roofers told me they werent even aware of this warranty. They easily accomodated my special requests (installing bath vents, repairing flashing, protecting my paved walkway, and installing 6 nails per shingle). I called several times with questions and they either answered immediately or got back to me promptly. The crew was on time, worked hard, respected my property and were completely professional . With a tearoff, this was an unavoidably messy job. And I was dreading it. But they cleaned up as they worked and left the yard in good condition each day. It only took 2-1/2 days to complete a large roof with multiple peaks and valleys. And the dumpster was gone the day after. They even cleaned the roofing mess out of the gutters. I found very little on my walk-around the next day. My yard was like it was before they came. I was exceptionally impressed and pleased. And my roof looks great. We admire it every day. I have no reservations recommending Trinity to anyone. Theyre very easy to work with and they do what they say. They know what theyre doing and theyre good at it.

During the past year I have employed Trinity to install a new roof and of recent, remodel a downstairs bathroom. The work of Trinity was superlative! Our roof was leaking and we desperately needed a new one so I opened the phone book and when I found Trinity I knew I had found THE company I could trust. John came over and covered all the ins and outs of what would be done, when it would be done and how it would be done. John and his Trinity gang completed the roof during a severe heat wave never wavered and completed the roof in record time. John also has his workers do extra little things without raising his fees which is not expected from most companies in Rochester. John recently rebuilt our downstairs bathroom which is about the size of a phone both. My wife was very particular about this job and I cringed when I heard what she desired. John WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to find and install all that my wife wanted and my wife was delighted with the results. The job was so good that on the last day of work as the workers were preparing to leave, one of them found a spot on the wall about the size of a pinhead. They would not leave without the area being repainted! I would ask how many other companies would do that. My wife and I are now preparing to do the upstairs bathroom and John and his Trinity crew have the job! They deserve it. I want to thank John, Mike, Vicky (s) and Eric for their dedication, friendship and honesty. They are all to be commended for their dedication to duty. Job well done guys! Charlie

After a roof inspection in March, a new roof was recommended. John, the owner of Trinity Home Renovations, gave me a detailed estimate including all the materials and manufacturer. I was able to use this information to make an informed decision on both the accuracy of the cost estimate and the durability of the product he was recommending. While the estimate was designated as good for 30 days, John was willing to extend this date when the process for getting my home equity loan took longer than expected. The work was projected to start mid-May, with the exact date to be determined both by work scheduled prior to mine and the unpredictable delays caused by our rainy, Rochester spring. John consistently communicated when to expect the work to start and provided constant updates based on where my job was in the queue. He called on the Thursday prior to the start date and said work would be begin on Monday, 5/19 at 8:00. John and the work crew arrived exactly on time. John told me to expect most of the work to be done within two days. The work on the soffit vents would follow the next day. The chimney work was to be completed once the roof was finished. All the work was completed exactly within the time John estimated. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Clean-up was excellent. Out of the thousands of nails that must have come out of the old roof, I found only two near the back stairs. I would definitely use Trinity Home Renovations for other major projects that I might need in the future.

We called trinity for a complete tear off of our roof and replacing of three sky lights in late May. From the first phone call to the end of our project we could not have been more satisfied. John was quick to respond And came right by to give a quote. He was personable, friendly and helpful in every way. Having your roof replaced is not a cheap project, you want to make sure youre getting the best quality for the best price. John understood this and advised us to get a few quotes. He was the only one to do that and it set a confident tone that we really appreciated. We got two other quotes and trinity was the best. I have to say even if they didnt give the cheapest quote we would have hired them anyway. Our roof and skylights were scheduled within a few weeks and everything completed within a few days. They only tear off what they can complete in one day which is quite a bit. We liked the idea of not chancing the rain to ruin anything. His crew was very nice and cleaned up well, even our gutters were completed spotless. Thank you crew! our skylights look amazing on the outside and the inside. We had some leakage around our old ones which were apparently not installed right in the first place. Trinity made sure everything was secure and framed the inside nicely. The compliments for trinity, John and his crew could go on but we will end by saying we would recommend trinity to anyone and will use them for any needs in the future. Thank you trinity for all you do.

Had a fantastic experience with Trinity Home Renovations. They were professional and very knowledgeable. From the time John came in to provide the estimate to the time the installers finished the project, the Trinity team was a pleasure to deal with. We had our main floor windows replaced along with our rear sliding glass door. Trinity beat the price of a couple of the bigger name local companies and I am confident that the materials used were on par or better than those quoted by the other companies. The work was guaranteed and the products have a lifetime warranty. The lead time from estimate to install was about 4 weeks (half the time quoted by the other companies). The install team was very friendly and very accommodating. We have an 8 month old at the house and they were willing to help work around his nap schedule by moving to other areas of the house while he was sleeping. The total project took about 4 days to complete (the door being replaced was non-standard and required more intense finish work than a normal install). Each day the team arrived when they said they would, and they always left the house as clean as it was when they arrived (or cleaner). They showed great attention to detail, they took the time to ensure the finish work was done right and to our satisfaction. The finished product is fantastic and we couldnt be happier. Would definitely recommend Trinity to a friend.
