Poor Service - I went for an oil change on November 18, 2016 - I was told it would be a 10 - 20 minute job. I was there for almost two hours. The next day I noticed my car was damaged and dented from the lift hence the extra time Im sure. I called immediately upon noticing the damage (11/19/16) but it was a machine so I left a message and surprise no one got back to me. So I called again on (11/22/16)and they asked me to bring the car in so I hauled it up there on (11/26/16) They assessed it and told me they would get back to me Monday but surprise no one did. So of course I called back again today (11/29/16). I was told they can not take responsibility for the car. They even tried to say it looked like someone hit it with a hammer. Really someone crawled under my car and banged away with a hammer but only on one side. Ha-HA how ridiculous is that. The service man who worked on it was very defensive probably because he was guilty. Anyway they did nothing for me and offered no solution. I knew it would be my word again theirs but it goes to show you their moral thought process which is None. Just wanted people to know how they value their customers.

First off, I never trust companies. They always try to screw you and take your money. I came into the meineke in willow grove to get an aftermarket exhaust put on. The unit I ordered was missing a part. Jillian and the mechanic Pete literally went out of their way 3 times on 3 seperate occasions to make sure I was being helped and have the part to install. I will continue to come back specifically because of those two. They helped and proved they not only do it for their job, they do it to help and I find that extremely grateful. I will reccomend Pete for any and all work and I could not be more happy with the help Jillian did to ensure everything was easy and effective. I went to another meineke before this and was completley pulled left and right. Guy was over charging and telling me random things that needed replacing when thy didnt (I know my vehicle very well.) the only reason I came to have them donthe exhaust was because I didnt have a lift or I would have done it. Honestly, Id come back and have them do it again they were great.

I have done business with this Meineke for 2+ years since moving to Hatboro, PA. Never an issue, always fair on prices. Took my 2011 Mustang in for strut replacement and was told the job would be 3 hours as book bills it at 1.5 hours per side. I paid $277 in labor, although the job only took 1.5 hour for the entire replacement of both struts, and re-align the car. When I brought up to the manager the labor was only 90 minutes for everything he said no refunds. We charge by what the book says not by actual time worked. Ever since Jimmy took over the mood of this Meineke has changed, When Dave ran the place I enjoyed coming there, but Jimmy seems shady, and his comment on you pay book rate not actual hours worked is total BULLSHIT. AVOID this meineke as they have now become straight up crooks. Will never come back again Gary

I went there this past summer to get a simple oil changed. They then told me my car was leaking and it was going to cost about $300 to fix. I Asked them if it would wait just bc I did not have the money at the moment. He said it was fine and to come back in a week or two. I agreed and made an appointment. Then I went to my regular mechanic ( I went to Menieke bc of their oil change special) and he told me there was absolutly no leakage and even showed me where it would be...they were all so nice bc I wonder if they were just trying to make an extra couple of hundred bucks. Anyway, I was really upset bc I thought they were honest and nice but it turns out they were just out for the money.

I have used different Meineke shops in PA, and MD, but this one in Hatboro is by far the best of the bunch. I have had all my vehicles serviced at this Meineke since moving to this area in July 2012, my 2000, 2011, 2012, and 2013 Mustangs. Dave and his staff are a great group of people who go above and beyond, and I am proud to spend every single cent I do for service at this location. Have not found a single shop to beat their prices on Synthetic oil changes, and they go over every single car with a 30+ point inspection to make sure you know if something needs attention. Proud to have used and will continue to use this Meinkeke.

I have to say I will definitly go there again. I went there last month to get my oil changed, I was told from another shop that I needed a head gasket which was going to cost me over $1000. They looked at my car and found that it was not the Head Gasket at all but a simple fix that cost me a fraction of what the other place quoted. I have been driving for a month now and the problem is fixed. Every one there was very nice to me and I too met the owner Mike Smyth, he could not have been nicer to me and my daughter. Thank you for helping me I will be sure to pass the word around.

Worst experience! Went in to have a muffler system replaced from the cat back and they replaced the good cat and left all the old exhaust. never said a word about the cat until i left with it. Never ever will go there again. Also they spoke with me while looking under the car after the work agreed there ust of been a mis understanding promised to do what i had originally asked and then when I called to see if the parts came in they said they would replace all but the muffler. Avoid them and save yourself grief and money

Terrible experience! I came in to get my inspection and emmisions test done, they charged me up front , said itd be two hours, made me wait and after two hours they hadnt touched my car. I asked and they said they cant tell when theyll be able to get to it. How do you charge someone, promise service in two hours and not even start service and not even apologize for this type of cheating? I will never come back and I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Very happy with their service! I have taken my car here for oil changes, suspension repair, and getting my cars front-end alignment. No surprises, I paid the same amount I was quoted every time Ive been there. Very helpful staff, and their customer waiting area is nice (wifi, coffee, etc). I recommend them!

Had a muffler pipe break and rust on my car.. Made an online appt the night before, they took me right away. The next morning. Jim Melnick the service manger was terrific to deal with. Cost is reasonable, free Wifi. I definitely will be coming back

I went in for a state inspection on a groupon. They charged me $104 to take replace my lug nuts (yes, lug nuts), which I did not authorize. I feel I was treated unfairly by this establishment.
