Went in to have 2 new wheels installed, pretty much a 1 hour job at most. Was told it would be ready by noon. Got a call at 1pm indicating one of the tires needed to be replaced. Fine. Arrived at 3:45pm and car is still on the lift and new tire not even mounted to new rim. At 4:30 car is finally ready. I noticed a lug nut is missing from one of the tires upon delivery. Back on the lift. I get home and notice they stripped most of the smaller fasteners on the rim covers. This is an expensive car so I am not happy. I will see how they respond to this situation.

Christmas Eve. Low tire indicator goes off. Very long drive ahead. Stop in here and they couldnt be nicer or more professional! Repaired tire in 15 minutes! Amazing service!
