We were on our way from NYC to go camping for the weekend, our car starting losing power and sputtering. We took the car to the first place we found that had good reviews which was this Lee Myles location. I met Rob and he quickly analyzed the problem. It turned out we had to leave he car overnight. We had to rent a car to salvage our weekend. They quickly called the enterprise location nearby and had them cone pick us up. The whole experience was as seamless as could be and we wound up arriving to our destination only about an hour late. These guys really rook care of us. Rob is a class act and I would recommend anyone to come stop by his shop. Rob and his crew go above and beyond to help their customers out in whatever way they can. I wish more businesses cared about their clients as much as they do. If I ever need some work done on the car, I will gladly go out of the way to stop here again. Thanks again Rob!

Professional experience. The transmission on my Odessey failed on a trip my son and his new wife took to NYC for New years Eve celebrations in 2016. They ended up at Lou Myles in Stroudsburg. He was accommodating and reassuring. Outlined options and allowed us to store vehicle temporarily until we could decide on the best course of action. A 12 year old vehicle with 360km on it... decided to sell it for scrap. Dan allowed us to leave it there until we could come back (from Toronto) to finalize the disposal. I am from out of town, and The people at Lee Myles really made me feel at home. I had some electrical work done on my car and they didnt charge me for diagnostic or labor work (although mine was a special case) Incredibly nice staff and I would Highly recommend to anyone. P.S. in case you have never been their garage is all the way in the back of the parking lot.

Great service and super friendly staff! Very comfortable waiting area and good conversation while I waited for my oil change. They also really helped me out with the free VIP transmission check and showed me exactly what was wrong. When they finished, I was shocked to see how with little I had to pay for such quality service!
