If I could give this place no stars, I would. Where to start- Don the owner or main guy is an idiot. I dropped my car off for a check engine light- he told me he had to do a smoke test, he did the smoke test, replaced an evap pump, charged me for both. Take it home, engine light comes back on, i have it reset. Take it home again, light comes on again, I drop it back off, Don calls me and says we need to do the smoke test, I said you did the smoke test already, he said "Oh, I did?" I said yeah, you did- fix it. He calls me back to say a hose is broken, so he "fixed it." Take it home and the light comes back on again- and now the air conditioner is broken because when he "fixed" the one problem, he created another- so now I have a car with a constant check engine light on, a broken AC and I paid him $1500 for all of it! Do yourself a favor and go someplace else, this place will be out of business soon anyway.

BEWARE OF THE AUTO SHOP IN BLAIRSTOWN!! These people are selling used cars that are literally junk and misrepresenting them. I looked at a car there (Subaru) that was so rusty it even had a rust hole in the hood!! Im a girl and dont know a lot about cars but when the guy started the car it had a LOUD noise in the motor. The guy I talked to from The Auto Shop told me it was "typical Subaru motor noise." I am not stupid and LOUD motor noises are ony typical when the motor is trashed! Beware of the con artists at the Auto Shop......I cant believe anyone would bring their cars there for service. How could you trust them?

I have been going to the Auto Shop for the past 15 years with my vehicles. I must say they KNOW what they are doing! The staff are knowledgable and friendly and honest! If you question something they will guide you in the right direction! They are reasonably priced, which i like! The quality of service the Auto Shop brings is professional! Thank you! I highly recommend this place for car service and repairs!

I might be biased since Ive been going here my entire life, but the Auto Shop is the only shop I actually TRUST. Anyone leaving a bad review obviously doesnt know the owners at all. Ive never met owners who care so much about their customers and their employees. They dont try and sell ANYTHING thats not necessary or going to benefit you. If you want a trustworthy shop with great pricing, youve found it!

Weve been taking our cars to the Auto Shop for for many years. When we have had an emergency, I so appreciate that they are always willing to take time out of a very busy day to fit us in, unlike some other automotive repair places we have used. They have always been honest and have never done unnecessary repairs to our vehicles, always discussing all the options. We appreciate this local business!

Family friendly people, cheaper then any chain, fast-as-can-be, painless and quick billing, extremely trustworthy people. I wont mince words. I live in Warren and I still get my car serviced here. This place is an hour away from my home. That may seem crazy, but trust me. They have earned it, and you can find out why.
