Not accusing, but big possibility they were involved in my tag going missing. I let my sister have my car to trade in at Autonation in Sanford to purchase her used vehicle. My sister irresponsibly did not take the tag off of the car along with all of my registration and licensing information located in my glove compartment. Off the Chain towing was hired to tow the car from my mothers home to Autonation and somewhere in between the car being taken from my mothers home to Autonation my car tag was taken off the car. Due to personal things in my life I put off going to turn the tag in to cancel my registration (as I assumed my tag was safe in my mothers garage). I just received toll notifications at my mothers home (not even my residence) showing my tag on a vehicle that I do not recognize. I called Off the Chain Towing and all they could tell me was that none of their tow truck drivers would have taken the tag off of my car. Not great customer service to even look into a concern I had. Very unprofessional for the towing company to take a vehicle for trade in that had a tag on it.

I cant express the amount of gratefulness I have for OTC Towing, and more specifically, the owner. What started out as a simple part replacement (at half the cost of other repair shops!!) became a temporary nightmare. Because of the way everything happened and some unforeseen delays in me getting my car returned to me, the owner reached out to me with a couple offers of how to fix the situation in an effort to keep a new customer happy and his reputation in tact. He went above and beyond what any major chain-type repair shop wouldve ever considered doing. He was understanding of my frustrations, accountable for the confusion/delays and true to his word on how he would redeem my confidence in his company!! Im only giving 4 of 5 stars because the office staff needs some better organization/time management/communication with customers and probably need some additional staff with all the work they have to deal with.....but Im sure that will be coming soon with how fast theyre growing. If I ever am able to meet him in person, I definitely owe him a beer or two :)

This is a very shady company of lies. I received a sticker Saturday April 2, 2016 at 4:30 am that read they were going to tow my car b/c expired tag the tag office was closed sat and sun called them Sunday night at 1:36 am to make sure the car would be OK here for another night They told me that they were going to do there rounds Wednesday April 6th. but when I got up to do my car tag the car was gone @ 1:30 pm. When I called them they said that I should have taken care of this first thing in the morning when the tax office opened at 8 am; and that there was no proof I called last night and it will cost $125 to get out of there lot. So the lesson is dont believe what this company tells you over the phone. SHADY!!!

This towing company is going to need one of their own tow trucks if the driver of truck tag E585B continues to run other cars off the road. I was merging onto the east west and the driver from this company did not allow me onto the east west. Not only did the truck not move over to the lane to his left to allow oncoming traffic onto the expressway, the driver actually sped up and passed me in the same lane forcing me to run off the side of the road as I had no other place to go. I called and reported this to the company immediately however I did not get the feeling that anything will be done about it. I will be contacting the owner of this company, Mario Hicks.

I called several tows, I had an impossible situation in which my car was stuck in sugar sand, a half mile out. No other tow service wanted to come save me, so I left the car over night. After calling around, Off The Chains was the only service willing to come out and pull me out of what seemed like an impossible ditch. I wish I could attach pictures, but imagine a car nose down in 4 feet of sand and dirt. Listen, regardless of how stuck you are, theyre gonna pull you out. I have AAA and they couldnt even provide a tow that would take care of these sands. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The most skilled tow truck driver Ive seen! I needed an old hot-rod moved from my back yard where it had almost become part of the vines that were overgrowing it. It was in a precarious position and likely to be further damaged in the move, and I had accepted this as a likely outcome. The gentleman that arrived with a flatbed using several winching positions, and some inventive use of the flatbed to retrieve the vehicle, and place it right where I needed it in my car port. The charge was only $75 and Im using OTC towing for ALL my needs for now on! Another Sanford Jewel!

My car battery was dead upon attempting to reclaim it even though it ran perfect the previous day. Worst customer experience Ive ever seen. Called an African American woman "that colored woman". Hung up on me 5 times when trying to get information as to.How.to.get my car back. Driver accused me of be malicious against his job. They all showed no evidence of humanity in taking care of the situation. Argued with me and called me a liar and talked over me.

They towed my car and asked $125 to return my car. I was ok with $125. It is what law says and I deal with it. However, there was a black lady on the phone telling me I can not take my car bcz tag is expired. The only way to take it out is to delivery back to me. They ask another $75 for it. What a greedy person. She sounds like own everything and king. That is what you get. greedy 1 star

This business has been GOD sent. My car was acting crazy on my way to clinicals and I was sure I would have a high bill! OFF THE CHAIN TOWING relieved me by being reasonable and fixing my car even the same day even though it was after closing time. The staff was highly respectful and professiinal. My words can not explain how greatful I am to have work with you guys. Thank you!

OTC TOWING is the #1 towing company! I called several places and they ALL were very expensive! When I called Mario Hicks not only did he give me the LOWEST price he assured me that the driver would be there in less than 5 minutes based on where I was!!! Mario I cant thank you enough!!! You made my day!!!!! GUYS IF YOU EVER NEED A TOW HE IS THE ONE TO CALL!!! OTC IS THE BEST!!!

Its always a pleasure to receive wonderful customer service especially when someone is working off the clock just to make sure you are taken care of. This company is amazing! I needed my trunk fix thinking I needed to replace the whole trunk but Mr. Hicks did his thing and fixed my trunk in 10 mins! When I say they respond QUICK they respond as soon as you contact them!
